Introduction
Weighing liquid filling machine uses a microcomputer to control the
water pump to suck liquid, electric scale real-time monitors the weight
and feedback to the microcomputer. If the weight has reached, it will
immediately stop sucking, and the error is about ±1g. It is widely used
in medicine, chemical, food, beverage, wine, cosmetics and other
industries. It is suitable for liquid dispensing without particles and small
batch production. The pump body is made of a variety of
corrosion-resistant imported materials. The pump body and the motor
are separated. It has the functions of oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali
resistance, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance. This water
pump combines the advantages of self-priming pumps and chemical
pumps, with self-priming function, resistance to protection, stable
operation, and long-term continuous load work.

NOTE: Please make sure your power supply is safely grounded! Or it will
may cause safety danger.
Description of filling machine panel
Connect the power cord, the panel will display the company information
and machine model, and enter the standby mode after 3 seconds.
1. QTY: filling times
2. Flow: filling speed
3. Fix: set filling weight
4. Real: real weight

5. Short press “Zero/Cleaning” to tare,
6. Long press “Zero/Cleaning” 3 s to clear counting number “QTY”.
7. Press “Continuous/Inching” to switch working mode.
Inching mode: under running status, press the pedal to fill.
Continuous mode: press “On/Off” to switch to running status, put bottle
on the weigh pan, the interval will start timing and start filling when time
up. Machine will stop when the set weight is reached. If there is no
bottle on the weigh pan, the machine won’t start filling.
8. Choose Inching mode, press “On/Off” to switch to running status,
press pedal to fill, or press “Continuous/Inching” to fill.
9. Long press “<” 3 s to enter speed reduction parameter setting
interface. Adjust speed reduction setting according to liquid, filling speed,
and filling amount, so as to prevent liquid from being poured out due to
too fast filling speed.
10. Long press “>” 3 s to enter weigh calibration interface, ensure that
the “sense value” is ZERO, then put a 1000g weight on the weighing pan
to calibrate, press “Parameter set” to save and exit. Refer to pic 3.
11. Long press “+” 3 s to switch between weighing filling mode and flow
filling mode. Refer to pic 4.
Parameter setting of filling machine
1. Press the "parameter setting" key, the LCD screen will display a

flashing cursor. The flashing position is the currently adjustable
parameter. Press the "<” or “ >” key to move the cursor, and press the “-”
or "+" key to adjust the parameter.
2. Tare function: “YES” is filling after tare, “NO” is filling without tare.
Refer to pic 5.
3. Filling speed adjustment range: 01-99, the larger the value, the faster
the flow rate. If the value is too low, it will automatically adjust to 18.
4. Weight set range: 30-9999g (The specific value depends on the
machine model the recommended minimum setting value is 30g). When
the filling weight is reach, the machine will automatically stop. Refer to
pic 5.
5. Set intervals: The countdown time after take away the bottle on the
weigh pan. When time is over, the machine will start filling. User can set
the interval time as your needs. This setting is only valid under
continuous mode. Refer to pic 5, 6.
6. There will be a little error at first filling, the second time the machine
will automatically adjust the error according to the last error value.

Liquid calibration of filling machine (before calibration, the air in
the water pipe should be emptied to make the water pipe full of liquid)
1. Weighing filling mode (g): Long press “>” 3 s to enter weigh
calibration interface, ensure that the “sense value” is ZERO, then put a
1000g weight on the weighing pan to calibrate, press “Parameter set” to
save and exit. Refer to pic 3.
2. Flow mode calibration (ml): put an measuring cup under the water
outlet, long press the “Parameter set” to enter “weight calibration”
interface. The screen display as pic 7. Press the "On/Off" button to start
calibration, and the screen displays "filling”, as shown in pic 8. Press the
"On/Off" button to stop filling after the filling amount is approximately
the amount needed by the user, and read the value on the measuring
cup, input it into the panel. Refer to pic 9. Press the "parameter set" key
to exit the calibration.

Maintenance
It is necessary to clean up the impurities in the filter regularly, and the
serious blockage will affect the accuracy of filling measurement. If it is
found that the water pump can run without water or the flow rate
becomes very small, it may be that the impurities enter into the pump
body. Open the pump body, check whether there are impurities in the
pump cavity, clean up the blockage, and tighten the screw of the pump
chamber. Non professional personnel, please do not disassemble the
machine without authorization. If there is strong electricity in the

machine, please ask professional certified electrical personnel to
dismantle the machine for maintenance. During the maintenance period,
the maintenance precautions must be strictly observed, otherwise the
safe operation of the machine cannot be guaranteed.
