We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Architect to join our team. In this role, you will
be responsible for leading the development of enterprise web applications, overseeing a team of
developers, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. If you have a strong
background in Java (J2EE), Oracle DB, MySQL, Spring Framework, and hands on with full-stack
development is an added advantage, along with excellent communication and leadership skills,
we want to hear from you. Knowledge on any cloud technologies like AWS or azure is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining fully-fledged software platforms that
can function independently without relying on third-party applications. They work on both the
front-end and back-end development processes, using a range of technologies and languages
such as Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud with Angular or React.
Lead the design and development of complex, enterprise-level software systems. Evaluate
emerging technologies and recommend optimal architectural patterns. Ensure software
solutions align with business requirements and long-term goals.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, guiding them in
best practices, code reviews, and problem-solving.
Exhibit strong database knowledge to effectively design, optimize, and manage data
interactions within applications.
Hands-on experience in coding Microservices in Java, building UI/UX, React, Angular, Spring
Boot, Python and event driven architecture.
Have knowledge on Cloud development. At least one project (Min 1 Yrs.) experience on Cloud
development.
Must be aware of API security concepts, JWT token Or Oauth implementation (hands on)
Experience designing and implementing solutions focusing on the non-functional concerns –
Performance, Scalability, Availability, Extensibility, Supportability, Usability.
Identify opportunities to refactor and modernize existing systems. Automate deployment
pipelines and streamline DevOps processes. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive
feedback to the team.
Bring extensive experience in working on large web applications, understanding the unique
challenges and requirements associated with scalability and performance.
Define the technical architecture and standardize the development methodologies, tools, and
technologies
Participate in requirements analysis and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Make recommendations for improvements to existing architecture.
Ensure that technical design is in compliance with the company’s policies and guidelines.
Design and develop high-quality, robust, and scalable Java-based applications.
Develop code, configuration files, and scripts to support Java applications. Provide solutions
for performance optimization and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems. Conduct code
reviews and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Participate in project planning,
estimation, and scheduling.
