USING THE OVEN FOR BAKING

All buttons show the temperature in centigrade degrees. First turn the oven selector knob and then the
temperature button to the desired temperature.

Your oven has a fan (TurboFan) which is

indicated on the knob with the symbol shown
below. The fan starts automatically with the
oven. The fan distributes the heat evenly
throughout the oven. Food on the trays will all
be cooked at the same time. The top of the
oven will NOT be hotter than the bottom.

There is a thermostat which controls the

temperature. The thermostat light will remain
on until the desired temperature is reached and
then start to flash indicating that the oven is
maintaining the selected temperature.

You should preheat the oven before use. This

feature is not included in models that do not
have a digital display. After the oven is turned
off after use, the fan will continue to run for a
period of time until the inside of the oven cools
down.

SPECIAL OVEN FUNCTIONS

The bottom heater roasts at a selected temperature. This position can be used for cooking foods such as
casseroles that need a slow fire for a long time and high temperatures. Turn the oven selector knob to
the symbol corresponding to the bottom heater. Use this position when you want to cook dishes that
require extra browning on the bottom. The thermostat light will be on all the time when the bottom
heater is running. During use the appliance is hot. Care must be taken to avoid any hand contact with
the inside of the oven.

USE OF GRILL
When using the grill we advise you to leave the door slightly open (fig. 8). When this is done make sure
to check that the heat coming out of the oven does not damage the surrounding furniture.
If necessary the door can be closed for a short time when using the grill.

The grill of your oven has two options. One normal and one with double heating (optional). In normal
mode it heats up normally. In the double mode it heats up over a larger surface area so you have a
larger surface area baking and stronger roasting.

First turn the knob to the grill or double grill indication (if available). Then, turn the thermostat knob to
the desired temperature.

CAUTION!
During the use of the oven or grill, aluminum sheets or trays should not be placed on the bottom part
of the interior of the oven. This will result in poor oven performance and destruction of the enamel.
Extra fats and oils that may have accumulated there can cause ignition. In this case the warranty does
not apply and the manufacturer bears no responsibility.

Parts of the device may be hot during use of the

appliance. Make sure children are at a safe
distance from the device.

USE OF THE FAN (TURBOFAN)

The fan distributes the heat generated by the oven evenly throughout its interior. Foods placed on the
racks will all be cooked together at the same time. The top of the oven will NOT be hotter than the
bottom. Many foods are recommended to be prepared at separate cooking times when the fan is used.

The oven has a fan. First turn the oven selector knob to the fan position. Then also turn the thermostat
knob to the desired temperature. The appliance has both of these symbols on the same knob. You can
choose whether you want to use the fan for baking.

DEFROST USING THE FAN (TURBOFAN)

You can speed up the defrosting process by placing the frozen food in your oven and turning the oven
selector knob to the position shown in the drawing. This is a low temperature position which does not
cook the food but helps in the defrosting process.

Place the frozen food on the rack which you have first placed in the third row from the bottom. Put a
baking tray in the bottom of the oven to collect the water.

USING THE SPIT

Unscrew the screw holding the fork (1) and slide it out of the
spit. Prepare the food you are going to put on the spit
accordingly. Put it on the spit. Replace the fork and tighten the
screw that holds it (Fig. 9).

To put the base of the spit, place it (6) in the holes in the baking tray
(5) as shown in drawing 10.
Put the baking tray in the lowest position. To insert the spit,
first check the position of the spit hole on the back of the
oven. The sharp end of the skewer goes into the hole. Insert
the spit into the base, always making sure that the pointed
end of the spit is in the hole, then gently unscrew the plastic
spit handle. This will allow the oven door to close (Fig. 11).

The spit turns slowly -- slowly and cooks your food evenly.

1. Turn the oven selector knob to the symbol corresponding

to the spit.
2. Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature.

When you are finished using the spit, always put the handle back on to remove it from the oven.

USING THE ESTION CERAMIC BASE

Each ceramic hob is operated by a variable switch with positions from 1-6. In position 1, the stove will
operate at 20% and in position 6 at 100% of its strength.

After a few seconds of use, a small lamp under the hob base will light up to notify you that the hob is
hot. This lamp continues to light even when you close the breaker because the heat has not completely
gone. The lamp will only go out when the hob has cooled down completely.

To get the best results from your stoves use

good quality cookware. Cookware with warped
bottoms should not be used because they can
create scratches on your stove. Before use
make sure that the bottoms are dry and clean.
The pans should have the same diameter as
that of the stove to be used. When the bottoms
of the pans are cold, they should have a cavity because when they heat up they expand and become
straight. This is the best for proper heat distribution. The bottoms of the pans must be between 2-3mm
thick if they are enameled and if they are stainless steel 4-6mm.

There is a simple way to check if the bottom of the pan is completely flat
(when cold). Put the dish on a table and arrange so that the bottom half is
outside the table. Pass
a few strips of paper between the bottom and the table.
As an example, five to ten lanes are correct for enamelware and two to
five strips for stainless steel (the greater the number of lanes that apply,
the larger the vessel).

CAUTION: If you notice a crack in the crystal, immediately disconnect from the power supply and
contact the service.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CERAMIC HOB BASE
CERAMIC HOBS ARE EASY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.

First remove all food residue with a metal spatula.

Then clean the hob while it is still hot (as long as you can do it)
with a suitable cleaner and kitchen paper. Then dry with a dry cloth.

If, by accident, aluminum foil or plastic objects melt on the hob, they must be removed immediately
with a scratcher. This will eliminate possible damage to the surface. The same should be done if sugar or
other food containing sugar is spilled, because marks may remain.

Do not use rough sponges or cleaning powders of any kind. Corrosive cleaners such as sprays, oven
cleaners or stain removers should not be used.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE OVEN

Before cleaning, make sure that all buttons are in the OFF position and that the appliance has cooled
down completely. Before maintenance, you must disconnect the device from the power supply.

Cleaning Materials
Before using any cleaners on your oven, check that they are suitable and recommended by the
manufacturer.

Do not use caustic ointments, harsh cleaning powders, wire sponges or other hard tools because they
may damage the surfaces.

Oven Interior
The enamelled interior of the oven is best cleaned when the
oven is still slightly warm. Wipe the oven with a soft cloth
dipped in soapy water. Then, further maintenance using a
liquid cleaner will be required.

Oven Door
To clean the exterior and interior oven glass, use a cleaner.
Dry and polish with a dry cloth.
The door can be disassembled for cleaning by doing the following:

1. Open the door completely.

2. Insert the metal pin into the holes as seen in the
drawing (Fig. 12).
3. Do this for both door hinges.
4. Lift the door slightly and pull it out. The door will
come out completely. See the plan below.
5. When you put the door back on, put it back in the
holes of the hinges. Pull downwards and remove the
pins.

DO NOT clean the door when the glass is still hot. If you do
not pay attention to this, there is a risk that the glass may
crack.
If the glass becomes chipped or scratched for any reason, it must be replaced before it breaks
completely. Call the service.

Interior Door Glass

The inner door glass can be removed for cleaning by doing the
following:

Removal
1. Open the door completely
2. Insert the pin into the hinge hole
3. Do this for both hinges
4. Push the glass towards the front edge of the oven door
until the glass comes out of the hook from the frame (Fig. 14
Step1). Move the back of the glass upwards.

Cleaning
5. Clean both sides. Use always a clean cloth soaked in hot
water and dry with a soft cloth.

Repositioning
6. Place the glass in the notch and push it in. Tilt the bottom
end until the hook goes into the frame (Fig. 15).

Accessories

It is good to soap the accessories with household detergent immediately after use. Any remaining dust
can then be easily removed using a brush or a cleaner sponge.
To clean the pan, use detergent and hot water. Dry and Polish with a dry cloth.
Changing the oven gasket

If the gasket is damaged, it must be replaced. Rubbers for replacement can be obtained from the
service.

1. Open the oven door.

2. Remove the gasket by unhooking it from each corner
(Fig. 16).
3. There are four hooks on the rubber band. Use these
hooks by fitting them into the slots and then press the
gasket into place.

Note: Insert the gasket, taking care to fit the gasket joint
correctly at the bottom, as shown in the drawing .

Grill Supports (optional)

The grill supports can be removed for cleaning.

The procedure is as follows.
For installation, the procedure is reversed.
After cleaning, make sure the brackets are
installed correctly.

Take the front hook out of the front hole on

the side wall of the oven. (As shown in
Fig. 17, step 1). Then gently slide the bracket
into the rear hole towards the front (step 2). As
the bracket comes out, take the back hook out of
the back hole (step 3).

The supports are chrome plated and therefore rustproof and can be washed. After you put them back
on, make sure they are properly seated.
