I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a one-month leave of
absence for my 6-year-old daughter, Anayah Muzammal, who is a student in Early
Year Senior Purple, in order to accompany our family on a journey to Saudi Arabia
for the purpose of performing Umrah.

This religious pilgrimage holds significant importance for our family, and we believe
it will be a spiritually enriching experience for our child as well. We understand the
importance of regular school attendance, but we kindly request your understanding
and support in granting this temporary leave for our child.

During her absence, we will make sure to provide her with educational materials and
assistance to keep up with her studies to the best of our ability. We are fully
committed to ensuring that her education is not significantly disrupted, and she will
diligently catch up on any missed lessons and assignments upon her return. We
understand the importance of maintaining a high standard of academic performance.

We kindly request your guidance on any specific procedures or requirements we
