Master’s Degree (M.V.Sc.) & Ph.D. Programmes
(Academic Session: - 2024-2025)

The Provisional Admission of the ICAR nominated candidates for Master’s Degree (M.V.Sc.) and Ph.D.
Programmes in the Faculties of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Fishery Sciences and Dairy Technology for the
Academic Session: 2024-2025 will be held as per following schedule:-

Physical Reporting and Admission by paying the balance
amount of requisite admission fees in the University Bank 17.03.2025 & 18.03.2025
[Reporting Time- 11 A.M. to 3 P.M.]
Account by cash through Bank-challan
To be notified in due course of
Date of Registration and Commencement of Semester
time in the University website
The selected candidates have to deposit the balance amount of requisite admission fees i.e.- Rs.
19,850.00 (Hosteller) for M.V.Sc. and Rs. 29,150.00 (Hosteller) for Ph.D. have to be deposited by the
selected candidates on the same day by cash through Bank-challan at Belgachia branch only of Union
Bank of India located at University Campus at the time of admission. [*Service charge and Applicable tax
are extra].

Candidates will have to bring the following testimonials along with originals for verification at the time of
Physical Reporting and Document Verification failing which the candidate will not be considered for admission:

• Six recent passport size and one postcard size coloured photographs,
• Rank Card of ICAR’s AIEEA (PG)-2024/ AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.)-2024 conducted by NTA,
• Admit Card of Rank Card of ICAR AIEEA (PG)-2024/ /SRF (Ph.D.)-2024 conducted by NTA,
• Online generated ICAR Provisional Admission letter,
• Self attested photocopy of Secondary Examination Admit Card/ Birth Certificate as age proof,
• Self attested photocopy of Mark sheet of Secondary Examination,
• Self attested photocopy of Mark sheet/ Certificate of Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination,
• Self attested photocopy of PDC of Bachelor’s Degree Examination,
• Self attested photocopy of Final Transcript of Bachelor’s Degree Examination,
• Self attested photocopy of PDC of Master’s Degree Examination (wherever applicable),
• Self attested photocopy of Final Transcript of Master’s Degree Examination (wherever applicable),
• Self attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC/PwD Certificate as per guidelines of ICAR (wherever applicable),
• Self attested photocopy of Aadhaar card,
• Domicile Certificate,
• Character certificate from the College/ Institution last attended,
• Declaration against ragging (Click here to download the Proforma).

The venue for physical Reporting and document verification will be at the Office of the
Controller of Examinations, WBUAFS, Vivek Bhawan, 68, K. B. Sarani, Belgachia, Kolkata – 700 037,
