INTRODUCTION
In the digital age, the rapid
advancement of technology has
reshaped the way we live work
and interact. However, alongside
the countries benefits, this
evolution has given rise to a
darker phenomenon known as cyber crime. Cyber crime
encompasses a wide range of malicious activities carried
out through digital means, affecting individuals,
organization, and even nations.

CYBER CRIME
Cyber crime refers to any criminal activity that involves a
computer, networked device, or a network. While most
cyber crimes are carried out to
generate profit for the criminals,
someare done to harm or intimate
individual, governments, or entire
societies. The anonymity, vast
reach, and speed of the internet
have made cyber cime a highly
effective and dangerous tool in the
hands of criminal.
TYPES OF
CYBER CRIME
Cyber crime can be broadly
categories into three types :

1. Crimes against individuals


2. Crimes against property
3. Crimes against governments or
society at large.
