CAREER prospects for BCA degree holders

The IT sectors is a major employement provider in the country and it expected to grow in the
upcoming years.Due to this,the need for IT professionals have grown significantly.The BCA
courses are focused on training the students in programming,networking,developing etc.This
field is ideal for those who are not hesitant to work hard and always willing to learn.It may
surprise you to know that a three years BCA degree can provide equal values as a 4 years
B.TECH degree.

The scope of BCA is really vast and its degree course is ideal to learn about some interesting
subjects such as computer programming,computer networking, mathematics,software
engineering,and database management system etc.

CAREER FOR A BCA

1. NUMEROUS organizations,companies and MNC,S offer jobs to BCA candidates. Some of


these companies are HCL,TCS,WIPRO,INFOSYS,MAHINDRA TECH etc.

2. A BCA graduates has a great scope in jobs as a WEB Designer,system manager,software


Developer,computer programme,software tester etc. depending on the skills acquired by the
student at the time of BCA.

3. WITH a BCA degrees,one can earn a decent salary even at the beginning of their carrer .The
only precondition is that student should have some practical knowledge to carry out the job
responsibilities.
