PACE 111, Team Charter Project exemplifies one of the projects that aided me in

achieving these grouped goals. I worked with three other classmates to complete the project and

we both shared different perspectives during the project. Sometimes, we could not hold physical

brainstorming activities together and thus had to rely on technology to communicate. We had to

use video conferencing on Zoom to discuss the project and relied on instant messaging to reach

each other when offline and schedule the meetings. We relied on SMART tools to collect the

different perspectives and conclude on the goals aligned with the project.

CONNECTION TO PROFESSIONAL GOALS:

PAGE 7
As a senior program analyst in my current position, I have the opportunity to work with

IFSM 300, Project 4: Business Analysis and System Recommendation (BA&SR) Report

I am very grateful for the knowledge gained in the IFSM. During the project, I conducted a

scientific study on Maryland Technology Consultants, Inc. (MTC), whereby I was required to

gather and interpret the company data scientifically. The study includes evaluating the current

strategic use of technology in various processes, including recruitment, competitive analysis, and

decision-making processes. I used my research skills to assess the impact of different methods

and support the reason for various recommendations in business processes. During the project,

the main recommendation was to eliminate the manual recruitment process and replace it with an

automated system. The solution considered ethical considerations by focusing on data security

and privacy, emphasizing the need to implement technology that offered 24-hour technical
