Peace!

The Department of Computer Engineering under the College of Engineering and


Information Technology (CEIT) of the University of Southern Mindanao, Kabacan,
Cotabato offers a BS in Computer Engineering program. As part of its curriculum,
students are required to undergo internship/apprenticeship with companies and
agencies in the industry. This training aims to expose them to a real-world working
environment in the field of computer Engineering and information technology and
enable them to practically apply the knowledge and skills they acquired from the
University of Southern Mindanao (USM).

Recognizing that your company/agency is committed to support and guide


Computer Engineering students of this generation to become responsible leaders
and workforce of the future, we would like to partner with you in providing industry
exposure to our students.

If given approval, the Off-Campus OJT will start by 1st week of July up to August
2024 (240hrs). Attached is also a copy of USM - Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
for review before its finalization.

Looking forward to a strong partnership on this Internship Program and anticipating


your favorable action on this matter.

If this warrants your kind consideration, we are endorsing ( ) BS in Computer


Engineering students of USM Kabacan to take their internship program in your
office.
