The GS900 is a patented granular activated carbon. GS900 is produced from selected grades of coconut shell
charcoal and steam activated under carefully controlled conditions to provide a strong, dust free product with a
high surface area with pore distribution to offer optimal adsorption of both low and high molecular weight
compounds. GS900 carbon has naturally low water soluble constituents and acid soluble ( ash ) which will
reduce potential for elution of these inorganic into your process streams. Because of its high hardness, this media
will not be susceptible to fines or dust generation, especially important after a few rigorous backwashes. This
product is a excellent in polishing stage of waste water treatment (COD removal). The particle size gives optimum
adsorption and pressure drop characteristics. The carbon meets specs of IS2752 and IS877 for granular activated
carbon.

Packing Details
Standard packing is 40kg HDPE sacks. Alternatively packing can be in 25kg bags, 500/1000 kg super sacks.
Export packing will be on CP3 or CP9 pallets as per mutual contracts.
