A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE
HON. EISEL JOHN A. ESTILO HONORABLE GOVERNOR OF THE PROVINCE OF
Committee on Peace and Order and BAC BUKIDNON HON. ROGELIO NEIL P. ROQUE TO
PROVIDE ONE (1) UNIT MINI DUMP TRUCK FOR
HON. MARGARITA D. LAHOYLAHOY THE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT OPERATION OF
Committee on Education BARANGAY KIBANING, KALILANGAN, BUKIDNON.
HON. JEZA MARYL DELA CRUZ WHEREAS, the Barangay Kibaning, Kalilangan,
Committee on Sports and Youth Bukidnon adheres to the declared policies of the 1987
Development Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines,
specifically Section 16, to protect and advance the
ANGELIE GLENN R. PANGONIL right of the people to a balance and healthful ecology
Barangay Secretary in accord with the rhythm and harmony of nature;
JENY L. AMPER WHEREAS, the Barangay Kibaning, Kalilangan,
Barangay Treasurer Bukidnon successfully adopted a systematic and
comprehensive Ecological Solid Waste Management
IAN PAUL L. PORRAS Plan to better carry out the aforementioned duty and
Barangay Record Keeper to abide by the pertinent provisions of the Local
Government Code of 1991 and Ecological Solid Waste
“IN UNITY THERE IS Management Act of 2000 (R.A 9003);
STRENGTH”
WHEREAS, the provision of the said Mini Dump
Truck for the barangay will be use for the operation
and proper collection, disposal and transport of Solid
Wastes being produce by the residents of the
Barangay;
WHEREAS, the said equipment will ensure a
successful long-term management of Solid Wastes and

will also drastically improve the existing operations of the barangay for promoting
general welfare of the residents;
WHEREFORE, in viewed from the light of the foregoing premises and upon
the motion made by HON. ANALYN T. SUDARIO and UNANIMOUSLY seconded by
ALL MEMBER PRESENT the AUGUST BODY HAS;
RESOLVED, TO EARNESTLY REQUEST THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR OF
THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON HON. ROGELIO NEIL P. ROQUE TO PROVIDE
ONE (1) UNIT MINI DUMP TRUCK FOR THE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT
OPERATION OF BARANGAY KIBANING, KALILANGAN, BUKIDNON.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be forwarded to the office
concern for their information and favorable consideration;
