Abstract
PREFACE
The reading of this book presupposes a certain knowledge of the semantics of occultism and by
less a certain degree of familiarity with the metaphysical world. As the very word
"magic" tends to have controversial tones for the uninitiated, there are still those who associate it with
that ignorantly call 'black arts' or to entertainment professionals who

I can expect to express it better than the late A.E. Waite, who in his book 'The

even what happened among the Greeks... Plato understood wisdom as nothing less than the
worship or adoration of the deity, and Apuleius states that, in the Persian language, magical means
priest... India, Persia, Chaldea, and Egypt were the cradles of the oldest magic.
Zoroaster, Ostanes, the Brahmins, the Chaldean wise men, and the Egyptian priests were the
primitive possessors of their secrets. Priestly and sacrificial functions, healing the
sick and preserving the secret wisdom were the objectives of their life. Or themselves
they were princes or surrounded them as their advisors or counselors. Justice, truth
and the ability of self-sacrifice were the great qualities that each of them should have been
gifted; and the failure to practice any of these virtues was punished in the most cruel way
possible.
This academic and scholarly apology continues for a few more pages, but
the essence of your message is the same in all of them and is even more applicable today than
when the book was first published in 1981. M.H.
INTRODUCTION
Both scientists and mystics have recently suggested that time is neither linear nor
mobile, but it exists in fixed or stationary bands through which we, as minds
individuals or embedded essences, we move to achieve experiences. In this
Based, we can adapt or modify our attitude towards what is widely
called "ancient Egypt" and to consider those distant days, so close to us, as
more recent and better documented time. As we have been taught, the Age of Aquarius is a
moment to discard the multiple layers of religious and political oppression that are
accumulated over the centuries; a moment for the individual to seek their identity
authentic through its basic cosmic roots. Egypt and its magical past can
contribute greatly to a better and broader understanding of our cosmic origins
and of our future intercosmic connections. It completes a circle, so to speak, a
circle in time that fills the gap between pure faith in the existence of external forces, the
practical knowledge and communication with those forces capable of enriching the
quality of life for many people and contribute to alleviating tensions and difficulties
caused by the slow and painful transition of the principles and standards of life from the Age of Pisces
for those of the Age of Aquarius. Before we can make this journey of exploration and
discovery through the dark and distant past of Egypt, it is necessary for us to free ourselves from
overlapping layers and substructures that were presented in different forms to

When the subject of Egyptology is raised, we often hear the same observations.

all the splendor, were very different from those of the first dynasty, or from the times
later, so vividly described by Herodotus. And yet, despite the numerous
cultural and subcultural overlaps, a thread of magical truth managed to survive to
devastation of the centuries and found its way into the teachings and beliefs of
occultists and mystics of today. The principles of Egyptian Magic have never ceased to have
relevance for human beings and for their lives, especially because they were taught by peoples still
older and wiser, which was based on intercosmic principles that, just like the laws

there is almost no information available about the earliest times. We lack evidence

HISTORY AND THEORY

The title itself is actually wrong, since the literal translation of the original title is
Chapters on Things to Come, and it seems that the only reason it is known as
"The Book of the Dead" is due to its deep concern with the afterlife and the
the need to prepare for it.
My copies of this work are from a series titled "Books about Egypt and Chaldea";
work of the late A.E. Wallis Budge, MA, Litt. D., curator of Egyptian antiquities and
Assyrians from the British Museum, and the specific edition is from 1901. The translations of hymns
religious and magical texts belong to a compilation that is quite representative of
inscriptions on the walls of tombs and Egyptian sarcophagi, coffins and funeral obituaries,
papers and amulets. They were mainly translated from documents discovered in
Tebas and, as a whole, are generally known as the Theban Recension of the "Book of
Dead; although it was originally titled "Chapters of the Future."
But, as we will see, those dates of the Theban civilization, which lasted

approximately between the year 1600 and the year 900 before Christ, do not correspond in
absolute at the beginning, since 'The Book of the Dead,' 'Das Todenbuch,' 'Le Livre des Morts',
"Funeral Ritual"; to name just a few of the names it is known by, dates back to the
most ancient. Its original Egyptian title was REU NU PERT EM HRU, which, in language
hieroglyph, it was written as follows:
An interesting fact. According to Budge, the origins of the book are not Egyptian; For
Well, although it seems that, since prehistoric times, the aborigines of Egypt possessed
well-defined ideas about future life, they cannot be considered the authors
not even from the first recension of 'The Book of the Dead', since this work presupposes
the existence of ideas that the aborigines did not possess and describes an elaborate system

these things, at least from a historical point of view.
Numerous specialists have proposed the theory that these ideas were borrowed.
from another nation or introduced by conquerors; But, for centuries and centuries, mystics
and occultists have been favorable to the theory of Atlantis and, in recent times, have been
suggested the idea that they were introduced by beings from outer space, which has been
accredited by many. If we trust in the teachings of historians like Budge,
we can be sure that the original idea was introduced from outside into pre-dynastic Egypt and already
it definitely existed thousands of years before the appearance of the first dynasty.
The Heliopolitan Review, or the first section of this book, was used during the fourth and
fifth dynasties and can be traced back to before 3,500 BC. This is demonstrated by the errors in
copies of the scribes of that time, as they came across texts that, even in times
so remote, they were old enough to be sometimes unintelligible. These copyists them
they reproduced without fully understanding its meaning and, thus, even unintentionally,
they introduced inaccuracies to them. From the descriptions presented, it can be inferred that these first
records may date back to a time when the banks of the Nile were inhabited by
hostile prehistoric animals to man, and also contain evidence indicating that the

or the countries that surrounded it. In fact, Egypt is described as a humid country and

The archaeological evidence we have seems to corroborate the theory that the

the aborigines of Egypt were men of the Stone Age, while their conquerors
they used bronze and other carefully carved and worked metals.
According to Budge, the primitive Egyptians learned from these immigrants the art of
melting metals, writing, building, ceramics, etc., as well as religious and magical beliefs of
all kinds. In fact, the changes experienced were suspiciously sudden and
radicals.
The oldest known copy of the 'Book of the Dead' was written on papyrus by a certain

dynasties. There were several ideas based on fragments and later writings, but
no practical evidence to support them. During the reign of Menkau-Ra (Mycerinus), a
Pharaoh of the 4th dynasty, we are informed that chapters xxxv, Lxiv and CXLVIII were
found by a certain Heru-ta-ta-f, son of Khufu, a gentle man who later was
considered a person of great wisdom. Very likely, just like Pharaoh Semti,
he reviewed or corrected old chapters, since the funerary inscriptions of that time
demonstrate that the use of the 'Book of the Dead' was already widespread. During the V and VI dynasties
there has been a great evolution in funeral rites and ceremonies, with five reaching us
selections of texts from this Review.
The previous texts are known as the Heliopolitan Recension, due to the inclusion

the opinions of the priests of Annu or Heliopolis; but there seems to be no reason to
to believe that the five chapters that have reached us from this period constitute the work
complete. In fact, the priests of Annu themselves made and recognized numerous
changes, probably because they had no idea what the original texts were about and
They needed more practical terms of reference to convey their religion to the masses.
Between the VI and XII dynasties, the sacred books seemed to have been temporarily
lost or abandoned and it was necessary to wait until the XI dynasty for them to reappear;
but almost nothing is known about the events that occurred in the interval between these two
dynasties; For although the tombs of Upper Egypt are of considerable size and great beauty,
there have been no notable changes in funeral ceremonies and procedures, and
no new review of the "Book of the Dead" has been made.
During the 11th and 1st dynasties, numerous selections from the previous one were produced.
Heliopolitan review, which hardly differed in content or character from those of the 5th and
6th dynasties. There was, in fact, a temporary return to the customs and forms of the past,
possibly as a result of a reaction against religious and political influences
externals that annoyed the plebe in one way or another.
Between the XII and XVIII dynasties, we find a new gap in the history of this remarkable
document, and with the advent of the XVIII dynasty, the work entered a new phase of its
existence, its transcriptions already appeared on papyrus, while previously only
it appeared in coffins, sarcophagi, pyramids, etc.
Obviously, it must be taken into account that the economy played an important role,
the most complicated funeral ceremonies were only held in honor of
real figures or to very wealthy individuals, which is why most primitive inscriptions
that have reached us from writings found in pyramids, tombs, or sarcophagi
they correspond to these layers of society. But when the papyrus began to be
widely used, being very cheap compared to stone and other materials
solid, any man capable of reading, writing or paying a scribe could have his
own copies made and their words transcribed. It became fashionable for gentlemen
to register for their wives or relatives, especially among the priests.
Egyptian priests did not have to observe celibacy, but they also did not commit
great excesses. They were usually family men who tended to take care of the
needs of your loved ones, both from a material and spiritual perspective.
The seat of all these transformations was Thebes, the city of the god Amon-Ra, and for this reason the

previous. As the paternal figure of the Theban triad, he is often seen paired
with the goddess Mut, while her son is the god of the Moon, Khonsu, often associated with
healing work. This was possibly copied from the previous triad of Memphis, composed
by the universal architect, Ptah, the god of the masons, his wife, Skhmet, the one with the head

The texts of this dynasty were always written in black ink in vertical columns of
hieroglyphs, separated from each other by black lines; but the titles of the chapters, etc.,

Many famous papyri, such as the Hunefer Papyrus (British Museum number 9,901),
belong to this period, but most scholars agree that the ancient truths
were sacrificed for the sake of beauty and color. The scribe and the artist collaborated to
produce a jingle full of color and movement instead of a didactic text. The long ones
copies of the Theban recension appear to have been made in parts, which were then joined together, with
indications that very few of the employed artists knew what the others were
doing.
One of the best-illustrated papyri that has survived to this day, the Papyrus of Ani, omits a
long section of the text, likely an error made by a scribe that was not influenced
due to doctrinal changes or priestly interventions. The vignettes have a special value
because sometimes they show mythological scenes, names of gods, etc., that do not occur in
no other place; and to these forms of artistic expression we owe large doses of
information related to scenes of trials and Egyptian concepts about karma. Another
A good example is the Anhai Papyrus, corresponding to the 26th Dynasty (British Museum number
10.472), which includes a vignette showing a creation that does not appear in any of the
previous texts from the "Book of the Dead".
During dynasties 21 and 22, there was a gradual decline in the artistic skill used;
both in form and content, 'The Book of the Dead' presented significant changes
notable. There were plenty of inaccuracies and, according to Budge, the copied instructions were in
large part heretical.
Between the 22nd and 26th dynasties, we know almost nothing about religious and magical Egypt.

probably due to the period of turmoil and upheaval that the nation was going through. Having
manipulated until his god usurped the position of all other gods, including the
own Ra, the priests of Amon-Ra ended up usurping the very kingdom, but if
they showed themselves incapable of maintaining their authority over the previously conquered countries

temporal power and, eventually, to the rebellion of the people themselves. Thus the government of Amon

falsehoods and inaccuracies introduced by the Thebans. The exact date of this is not known.
contract, but it is believed to have been carried out by an assembly of priests
specifically designated for the purpose. The result of their work was the so-called Review
Saita of the 'Book of the Dead'; or the third phase of the history of this fascinating document, which
vigorously and naturally reflects the religious views of the time.
The Saita recension was still used in the Ptolemaic era; but it seems that, at that time,
the scribes were totally unaware of the meaning of the texts they copied and, therefore, the
correct arrangement of the vignettes that were added. Among the popular works of the period
Ptolemaic and Greco-Roman, stands out for its special interest in the so-called 'Shai-en'

"Of the Dead", and it is refreshing to observe how, despite external conversions and inaccuracies

the views on life after death remained approximately the same.
"The Book of the Dead" has been considered by many as the inspiring work of Thoth, which
he was the scribe of the gods; according to Egyptian beliefs, it was he who wrote the
words of creation put into practice by Ptah. They were, in turn, servants of Osiris.
In summary, the various Reviews of 'The Book of the Dead' are as follows: 1.

Having studied the so-called 'Egyptian Bible' in light of the current knowledge available,
let's examine some of the more metaphysical concepts that formed the basis of Egyptian magic
in those ancient times.

important to study the basic beliefs held in ancient Egypt about the afterlife, the

years, both esoteric and exoteric, I came to the conclusion that the priests of the
first dynasties and, of course, those "strange" who originally received theirs
cosmic information did not make it. it taught the need for mummification, but emphasized
the infinite and eternal nature of the soul.
The indigenous peoples of North Africa tended to dismember or burn their dead, and the
cadavers that were buried whole were buried on their left side, with the
head turned to the south and without the slightest attempt to mummify them. There are numerous
evidence related to pre-dynastic funerary practices, which I will not explain in detail in this
work; it is enough to say that the need to preserve the physical body for life in some
the future world was not known or accepted in the early days, and that the later adoption

represented these beliefs? The spiritual economy constituted a kind of 'entourage' and
involved 'several vehicles', each of which played a specific role in
metaphysical scheme of things. First we have the 'sahu', which was a form of body.
ethereal. After death, it could be used by the spirit to move to planes
the upper ones, but the desahu state could only be reached if certain prayers were made
about the body of the deceased person. The god Osiris himself had a sahu and also had the
the power to grant a vehicle similar to others, although, of course, as long as the words
appropriate ones were used to request him. The sahu could then ascend to paradise and
to live there with the gods. In fact, it was an immortal vehicle and the soul lived in it.
The physical body was called khat; that is, the body susceptible to decomposition and that only
could be preserved through mummification. It was written like this:
Next, we find a more familiar term and its corresponding glyph, ka, word

that almost everyone agrees to translate as 'double', which has an equivalent in the language

meanings of eidolon. O was an abstract personality that possessed form and the

Dracula and Other Horror Stories. Being independent of the body, it could give soul to some
inanimate object, like a statue, or do a good job of hunting. According to the
ancient Egyptians, the ka enjoyed tasty foods and a good glass of wine, that's why
it was necessary to be careful to keep him well fed, because if he was hungry and
he could return to the grave with
harmful germs that would infect your mummy, so clean and pleasant.
We now move on to the ba, or soul, which in some inexplicable way was related.
with ka, in whom, or with whom, 2.-M.E.P. who lived inside the tomb. They were very good
companions, for it seems that, when he was not visiting Osiris in the higher realms, the
ba would like to share a good meal with his friend ka. The ba could visit the body
whenever I wanted.
Next we have the ab, or heart. It was intimately related to the soul and was
considered the source of animal life and of good and evil in humans. The preservation of
the heart was considered of utmost importance and in Egyptian autopsies it was removed
for a special exam. Sometimes it was even considered the center of life and thought.
spiritual, as well as the organ through which the manifestations of vice were revealed and of
virtue. Another way to call this could be 'consciousness'. The ab suggests to me that, in

of the heart chakra, or anobata, and its relation to human emotions (and the archetype of
Ísis).
Next comes the khaibit, or shadow. In turn, it was related to the ba or soul and
it was considered an integral part of human economy. It seems that, just like the ka, it was
fed through offerings and libations and had a separate existence from the body.
All of this raises some confusion, since all the elements described so far
were considered part and component of the mummy.
The khu, or spirit, is often mentioned in connection with the ba, or soul, and
it seems to have been considered a shining object that lived together with the soul in the sahu, or
spiritual body.
Next comes the sekhem, or power, which was said to be the personification of the vital force of
human being. The sekhem lived in paradise among the khus or spirits.
Translation 13
Finally, we have the ren or name. The Egyptians spared no effort to preserve their
name, because there was a widespread belief that unless a man's name was
preserved, it would cease to exist. This is something to reflect on; Well, although we cannot
disappear in some parallel universe if someone doesn't greet us eventually
when the numerical importance of a name has a remarkable meaning, and the same can
being said from the sound of the word itself. Modern esoteric teachings uphold the belief
that the vibration of a name is of extreme importance and can contribute to harmony
or the disharmony of a life.
These hieroglyphs, in addition to those that represent the forms of the gods, are the most
commonly found in tombs and burial chambers. There are, of course, many others
related to the contingencies of everyday existence and with the ways of life of
people who used them. Although quite devout, the Egyptians were not very inventive
in the scientific sense of the word; The skills they may have possessed in the times
primitives only arrived at the later dynasties and, in most cases, seem to have been
learned from some more advanced civilization of settlers who established themselves in the
Egypt in pre-dynastic times, coming from somewhere unknown and that very soon
(or at least it seems that way) they returned to him. This sight leaves a huge
question to be resolved, but I will address these dubious sources of Egyptian culture in a chapter
posterior of this book.
There are numerous similarities between the Egyptian spiritual set of bodies, shadows,
names, etc., and the series of similar vehicles proposed by some modern schools (and
extremely popular) of occultism. In most books about modern magic
we usually find references to a set of astral bodies, etheric bodies,
psyches, souls, egos, alter egos, spirits, and instinctive impulses. Even the most
materialists like to talk about a series of identities that may or may not be part of
from our spiritual or psychological economy; All of this leads me to agree with the points
from the perspective of American astrologer Zipporah Dobyns, who claims that the myriad of forms of
personalities that currently compete with each other in modern psychology will disappear
gradually over time. --- Maybe we should scale things down until
we reach the level of density where "basic intelligence," or whatever each person prefers,

than an ephemeral and fleeting thought. Possibly the Egyptians had something
similar, with the only difference being that I didn't stop halfway to have a tea in

After all, we might forget our name one day, unless we change our names in
each of our lives (which we certainly do). So, where does all this lead us? The
the hidden meaning of a name is something more than the more or less simple sound that, without

Experts differ among themselves regarding the periods of the pre-dynastic stage and of the
early dynastic stages. For example, according to Budge, the 4th and 5th dynasties existed
approximately around the year 3500 BC; while, in his excellent work 'Belief

not to simply discard it because it does not fit our ideas or flatter us

The second theory implies the possible existence of a previous civilization possessing

writings about Atlantis, and the theories for and against are numerous. Plato was the creator of
myth with its history of this legendary country and, over the centuries, armies of fervent
defenders of the Atlantis theory followed him. The British Prime Minister of the Victorian era,
William Gladstone firmly believed in the lost continent and, in more recent times,
The scientists on the other side of the Iron Curtain also expressed support for this theory.
Atlantis has taken on numerous different forms in the minds of those who attribute it to
Akashic causes. There were vivid descriptions of the lost continent in the form of a novel,
usually "remembered" in a state of trance, hypnosis, or simple extra-sensory perception;
There were also theoretical arguments presented by more practical minded people,
who carefully observed the geological connections of flora and fauna, as well as the
similarities between the pyramidal structures on both sides of the Atlantic, and treaties,
work of specialists in the history of geology, who limited themselves to taking into account the
order or logical sequence of changes on the planet's surface over millions of years.
According to some, Atlantis was an island in the Mediterranean that exploded in the time of
Mycenae; For others, it is the continent of Antarctica before the Ice Age and the change of
Earth's axis, which placed it in its current position relative to the Sun; Others placed the
Atlantis in the center of the Atlantic, in the north of said ocean, as part of Greenland, etc.
The defenders of these points of view have, in turn, been harshly persecuted by
authors who deny the existence of Atlantis, usually people who gain fame and
money regularly performing "demystification" services for humanity. There is no
doubt that all of this is extremely stimulating and, in some cases, highly
necessary, or else we would end up surrounded by a bunch of nonsense
disguised as pseudoscientific theories or false mystical religions intended to
praise the ego. The author of this work does not intend at this moment to assert her

from outer space landed in this country and taught its primitive inhabitants the
basic arts of civilization. The authors who support this theory used many beliefs

various communications from beings supposedly from other planets (incarnated or

Egyptian civilization; Well, other authors with enough intuition to see the ties that

credibility and popularity, to the mortification of the ardent defenders of occult theories

in the ancient and beloved Stonehenge. Fortunately, science has dissolved many ideas from both
sides with the acid of your logic, but this only served to encourage thought
humans to go even deeper in the search for their cosmic roots.
Putting aside the scientific evidence (or the lack thereof), there is a
powerful occult school of thought that supports the theory that the solar system in which

little by little what we know about the first inhabitants of Egypt before the emergence of

they established in Egypt around 5000 BC, they probably would have encountered a race
that would have recently been identified as being of more Australian origin than

superstition and magic. As we have already said, they did not mummify their dead, but their
Funeral rites were very similar to those of neighboring countries during the same period.
The newcomers (whoever they are) taught us to form communities, to cultivate the land,
to manufacture tools and instruments, to develop the communication system and to
to respect certain basic laws. A new religion also emerged; although, in some cases,
gods or prehistoric spirits could coexist with the new deities. However,
when dealing with magic in a later chapter, I will carefully separate one from the other, because
this is of utmost importance from the hidden point of view.
Magic can be classified into 'schools' or 'systems', each of which contains the
vibration of a certain archetypal ray. The most vigorous aspects of Egyptian magic
did not come from the primitive and pre-dynastic religion existing in that territory, but from the
influence and the culture of its strange colonizers. As for its origin, I leave it to each
reader forming your opinion.
Entire sections of the pantheon of Egyptian gods seem to fit the model.

easily in this overall picture, and we will examine in more detail later.
Obviously, one could argue that an archetype, when it manifests through
any civilization or culture will automatically take on the typical external aspect of

Taking all this into account, let us examine the existing data related to a
one of the oldest known cities of Egypt, Heliopolis, a name that seems to have connotations
solar both in the Egyptian and Greek language, perhaps indicating a philological origin
common. In this city, we find a very important group of gods, known as
Divine Nono of Heliopolis. But it is necessary to delve even deeper into antiquity to
to discover the family of deities from which the Divine Ninth of Heliopolis originally emerged.
the first of these ancestral deities mentioned was an abstract personality
known as Atum or Tem, which appears as a sort of shapeless spirit that
existed before the creation of the Earth itself.
The ancient Egyptians were great masters at pairing or marrying their gods.
They seemed to think that it was not right for a highly respected deity to not have
a partner, consort or whatever it was, and if they had children, all the better. The old man
Atum, therefore, found himself married to an equally abstract goddess named Nebhet-Hotep,
who, not surprisingly, gave him a girl and a boy twins, Shu and Tefnut. Shu
generally depicted in human form, while Tefnut, his sister, is always shown in
lioness form. However, according to some specialists, both were originally
lion deities, being the two twin lion gods who guarded the gates of the kingdom
of Osiris.
Esotericists will surely inform us that the message of this legend is that of mixing.
or combination of two primary principles to produce two new archetypal rays
ultimately aimed at participating in the growth and development of this system
solar, but there are also more exotic theories about civilizations with advanced intelligence
and remarkable technological progress, external to Earth, that perhaps were not exactly
like us.
Another explanation is that Atum and his beloved were simply theological concepts and
his leonine descent represented the strength and vigor that could be achieved by
those who worshiped him and sought his protective services.
Going a little further, we could say that, coming down from the clouds, we arrived at
most well-known of all the Egyptian gods, Ra or Re, the creator and sovereign lord of
heavens. Its sacred object was the Ben-Ben obelisk, and its temple was called the 'place of
obelisk." According to legends, Ra manifested on Earth in the form of an obelisk, and through
TRANSLATION 19
from this stone he managed to imbue the creation of intelligence; but this 'creation' did not refer to
small and old Earth, but to a much larger area of stars, indicating that it was not,
indeed, the divinity of our solar system.
Many believed that Atum and Ra were the same god, with Ra simply being a
most manifest version of Tuna. It was said that, in its early days, it lived in the lotus
primordial of the primitive ocean called Nun. However, one day he got tired of the water and
rose in all its splendor, already as Ra. After being responsible for the birth
of Shu and Tefnut, he seems to have retreated to a role more akin to that of "celestial father".
It is interesting to note that somewhere in all this cosmogony can be found
certain scientific principles. For example, the atomic sequence from hydrogen to helium, or
the evolution of life from the sea. Those who have time and curiosity to
examining these principles under a more scientific light may yield the greatest information
importance. But this is a book of magic and, therefore, I should not digress.

on one hand, it is of a benign lioness, on the other; others claim that it has no connection with the
lion figure, which was an earlier version of Bast. Personally, I believe that the
influences of Bast and Hathor are completely different, and I will address these aspects in
study of the second part of this book. A very specific mythology has been built around
the stories of the primitive Egyptian gods; To have a global idea, we will need
to know what happened to Ra before Isis and her family entered the scene. They tell us that
he reigned peacefully over all creation while he was still young and strong; But, to the

it can be deduced that they were not necessarily related to the Earth as the
we know, but rather as actors in some other cosmic drama. Ra became so furious
with this revolt that cast its divine gaze upon the revolutionaries in the form of the goddess
Sekhmet (the lioness goddess who, according to some, constitutes an aspect of Hathor), and who appears
at this moment as the daughter of Ra. Sekhmet plunged among the wicked, causing chaos and
desolation until Ra finally called her to order, fearing that she might exaggerate and

part of seventy seconds of its light, with which it created five new days. How not
belonged to the official Egyptian calendar of 360 days, Nut was able to give birth to five children
successive: Osiris, Isis, Horus, Nephthys and Set.
What a fascinating story and what a challenge it represents for an investigative mind! This
suggests that Geb (Sky) and Nut (Earth) aligned in one way or another with the Sun,
that prevented the planet from adopting a stable and productive orbit. Thoth, "deity" of time,
magician and curator of the Akashic records, helped them solve the problem; but, for
to achieve this, had to play with the Moon. All this seems to have had the effect of altering
slightly the angle of inclination of the Earth in relation to the Sun, thus increasing the year of
360 to 365 days. The ancient calendars tell us of a time when the Sun rose and set
put in different places than those we observe today; Therefore, this myth seems to be
related to a period in Earth's past history in which there was a change in
way it rotated around its axis, potentially causing floods, changes
drastic changes in the climate all over the planet, which led it to become the subject of myths and
legends in most countries. The Egyptians limited themselves to observing and turning into history
a series of cosmological changes that occurred on the Moon. Possibly, this also gave
the origin of the birth of a new era in the history of the evolution of this planet.
This leads me to the most important set of deities in the entire Egyptian pantheon, the
principles that form the foundations of Egyptian magic:

Osiris: The Greeks called him Pluto or Dionysus. He was a god and king of nature, the
lord of the universe. According to traditions, he abolished cannibalism, taught the solar religion,
taught men to cultivate cereals, etc., built temples full of beautiful images and
imposed strict religious laws. He also built cities, brought civilization to humanity and
invented two types of flute to accompany ceremonial songs. On his travels he

some, his son), Anubis. !sis was his wife and Horus his son. Osiris is always represented

from history. People interested in mythology can refer to the texts of Plutarch to
get more details, but this is the story in essence:
Osiris and his sister/wife, Isis, ruled the lands later known as Egypt.
Both were deities of the sky (?) who descended to Earth to contribute to the
development and evolution of humanity. Osiris had a brother, Set (Typhon), and the two
they lived amicably with their wives, Isis and Nephthys, in Abydos. Osiris was very loved
by men and women, for He taught them the arts of civilization; He favored piety, the
good health and well-being among them.
While traveling to visit Southeast Asia (some say India) with his wife,
Osiris was suddenly summoned by his brother to return. During his absence, Set
conspired with another seventy-two (once again the number seventy-two) that
they organized a banquet to celebrate the king's return. As part of the fun, a

Isis then had to search for the different pieces. Together with her sister Nephthys and her nephew
Anubis, he traveled to the farthest places until he located all the pieces, except the phallus.
This was eaten by an oxyrhynchus, although some say it was eaten by a spider.
So Isis made a wooden phallus and took the body to Abydos to be buried. Along with

Given that this account seems to cover an enormous period of time, many tend to
to believe that refers to the entire history of planet Earth and not just to a
event in the past of Egypt. According to the mystical sages, the aeon of Horus is the era
of Aquarius, in which the son of Isis will return to avenge his father, to eliminate Set and bring peace,
light and love to all humanity. It's not bad! According to this approach, what we have
supported over the last centuries corresponds to the banishment of Isis and to the period when
Horus was growing in strength and wisdom. All of this seems extremely encouraging,
especially seen from this point of view.

Isis was a sorceress, possibly the archetype of the high priestess of the tarot. He

to understand how this idea originated. The goddesses Isis and Hathor are often confused.
The first representations of Isis show her crowned with the throne, which is correct.
the horned disc was the symbol of Hathor and was only confused with the crown of Isis in the dynasties
later. The symbols of Isis are the throne, the 'tat', knot or buckle, and the sitro. The latter is

"villain" of Egypt. It seems he had red hair, which made red a color

of this strange union (to which, apparently, Isis had nothing to object).
What we are really told is that, when united, the principles represented by these
rays produced a third principle. Osiris represented light and truth, and Nephthys, the
psychic receptivity, the capacity for revelation. The only thing that the Egyptian magicians
they were trying to say with this legend was that, when light and truth unite with revelation, it is born
a force that will guide them through the dark regions of Hell and lead them to safety.
In other words, to deal with altered states of consciousness, we must develop

they should choose her as their guardian goddess. Her colors are light green or silver and her
symbols are the lotus and the chalice. Her Egyptian name is Nebhet, and she is often

to avoid conflating the idea of 'dark' with that of 'gloomy' or 'shady', or with any

Horus. According to some authors, there were two Horuses; the one who identified with Shu and the
another Horus, son of Isis. There is no doubt that we constantly encounter the same
archetype, with these differences due to local interpretation nuances. Horus is
identified with the Greek god Apollo and his color is light yellow or gold. He appears in
various archetypal forms, sometimes as the warrior who avenges his father's death, like
the lord of prophecies, like the god of music and the arts, and being himself
extremely beautiful, like the god of all beautiful things. Some believe that the

Thoth, or Tehuti, is one of the most interesting of all the early Egyptian gods and is

of magic, of truth, of books and libraries, the preserver of the Akashic records, the
lord of time, etc. In some texts he is considered the son of Nun, which would make him

Bast or Baster/Pasht, which the Greeks identified with Artemis, is also considered

Ptah. This gentle artisan god was the patron of builders and craftsmen, and his title of

my own magical experiences, I am inclined to consider it as a

Sekhmet, his wife, was usually depicted with a lioness head crowned
with the solar disk. As we have already explained, Sekhmet also appeared as Hathor, the goddess
of the food; although it was in her lioness form that she married Ptah. Some
scholars believe that Sekhmet and Bast are the same archetype, and not Sekhmet and
Hathor. If it is true, the syzygy of Horus/Hathor as husband and wife and Horus/Bast as
brother and sister would not be more enigmatic. However, for now, I will limit myself to exposing the
principle, leaving the explanation of its application for when we reach the topic of magic

A better understanding of the authentic character of Egyptian religion has been proposed by
later scholars, whose writings and texts we will examine later; but before that

Reflecting on the theme of the pyramids makes me return to the idea that the ancient Egyptians

of their 'visitors', without fully understanding their implications. History tells us
that the great pyramids were originally covered by an outer layer,

The initiation in the pyramids predates Egypt and is based on the principle that, in a

time projection mechanisms, whose coordinates were astronomically

A large part of the initiation process has to do with learning to deal with new

Why 'Hermes thrice great'? The explanations are diverse, one of which is that
that these texts are closely related to hermetic Masonry, a cult
a secret that blossomed in Europe in the 18th century and was in turn an updated version
from an earlier esoteric school, possibly that of the Templars. The law of three requests,
an occult law that requires any deeply significant magical request to be made

the subconscious acts and, with the third, the spirit is sufficiently in communication

every moment. A classic example of this principle is the request or question posed by
Jesus Christ to Saint Peter, which he repeated three times.

In the 11th century, another important manuscript was discovered, but in very poor condition.
When it came into the hands of a certain Miguel Psellus, a gentleman very interested in
the resurrection of Platonic studies in Byzantium, pages and even entire booklets were missing.
Unfortunately, a good part of this translation by Psellus has disappeared, because it tried to justify
directly to polytheism or "paganism," and the serious student was once again
disappointed. The theosophical scholar Reitzenstein did his best to gather these
fragments of truth, and Mead speaks very well of his efforts.
A large part of the Trismegistic literature comes from the original Greek texts, although
there were three influences that overlapped the primitive ones, later Greek, Hebrew and
Egyptian. The Jewish influence was essene or therapeutic (according to Mead, the word
"Essene" is of Greek origin and not Hebrew). The "Trismegistus" then fell under the influence of
first Christian Gnostics, many of whom adopted important fragments of it as
defense of their "heresies". The most prominent of all was Basilides, whom the great
psychologist Carl Jung believed it was a fragment of his own soul group guiding him in
translates through the "Seven Sermons of the Dead", or himself in a previous incarnation.
The Valentinian Gnosis was also of a markedly hermetic nature. The Gnostic flavor in
literature on Trismegistus is, therefore, very intense, so it is convenient for the
scholar to distance himself to a certain extent from these Gnostic-Christian teachings and to approach
a little of the original Egyptian.
TRANSLATION 45
The entire series that makes up the Trismegisto is attributed to the direct inspiration of Hermes, the
Greek version of the god Thoth/Tehuti, who is described as 'lord of wisdom and teacher of
humanity." The "Trismegistus" tells us that Thoth "ordered the measures, the numbers, and the order
in the universe; he was the master architect (and, therefore, the Hermetic Masonry), and his wife or
the consort was Nehemaut, known to the Gnostics as Sophia and to the Egyptians as
Maat. Her symbol was a white feather and her remaining qualifications are those that
I listed in the corresponding title when talking about the great gods of ancient Egypt.
According to 'Hermes Trismegistus', in the Egyptian mysteries of Thoth, there were three degrees

The Gnostics later referred to these three degrees as hyle, psyche, and pneuma.
The famous ibis of Thoth has often been subjected to astrological studies,
with many controversies and debates about which sign it represents. Like the Zodiac
was originally known as "the circle of animals", we should not assume that the
human signs that we currently know as Aquarius, Gemini, and Virgo were
originally represented in this way. As the divine master and healer of the records
Akashic, Thoth naturally has much in common with Virgo; but, due to the reference
as "waters of knowledge", it can also be identified with Aquarius, while Libra

In the final analysis, love is the most powerful force in the universe.
Another symbol of the Egyptian hermetic system with strong Hellenic influence is that of the veil of
Athena, goddess of wisdom. This is a spiritual veil and has nothing to do with the 'veil'
raised by those who seriously seek the truth and has just entered the kingdom of
knowledge. It should also not be confused with the shield of Athens or with its
famous helmet, both powerful symbols of the Greek system.
In the 'Book of Breaths', Thoth is called 'lord of the breath of the body and of'

In ancient times, there were constant references to the 'pillars of Hermes' or 'the pillars'

There are certain galleries and underground corridors full of nooks that

A highly significant paragraph from the hermetic texts appears in the writings of
a certain Sanchuniathon, who is described by Philo as 'a man of great wisdom and very

Among the philosophers who believed in the Egyptian mysteries, the most prominent are
probably Philo, Plutarch, and Plato. Philo, a Hellenistic Jewish scholar, made a request

Plutarch, the Greek, who lived during the second half of the 1st century AD, chose Isis and
Osiris as an object of study. He himself was an occultist priest of the order of Apollo and
Dionysus was, therefore, well-versed in the magical procedures of both systems and in
its corresponding mysteries.
Plutarch goes on to present all the versions he previously read, undoubtedly with the
the idea of allowing the reader to draw their own conclusions about which was the most accurate of
all. An interesting version, worthy of investigation from an occult perspective, is that of

Some of these theories are understandable in light of the knowledge available today, but
it is important to separate the wheat from the chaff. However, there is no doubt that we owe a lot to Plutarch,

Our next foray into the field of Trismegistic literature takes us to Stobaeus, whose
the first contribution took the form of a dialogue between Hermes and Asclepius, in which the
professor instructs the disciple on the mysteries of the cosmos, spiritual development and the
soul progression. This section contains information worthy of being studied
in detail, especially by the aspiring occultist. The Egyptian priesthood did not require the
celibacy, as it was believed that a man should fulfill his duties towards the
society and lead a practical political and social existence until the end, before retiring and
to adopt a contemplative way of life. The idea of having children was considered correct by
more advanced or elevated souls, who believed that in this way they would favor the process of
reincarnation or they would ensure that the children they had would be educated in the correct way

Many believers in the Egyptian magic system, including myself, are of the opinion that many
these pieces of information are of a prophetic nature and have nothing to do with events that

Julian, the emperor (reigned 360-363 AD), states that Hermes was a 'guide' for the
higher plans of the spirit and not a person or primitive king. He also states that
Hermes can teach in any phase or stage of human history through the

philosophical ideas that prevailed during his reign, and the character and willpower that he

that is hidden in the Trismegistic teachings, enormously valuable knowledge

Astrology deserves a chapter of its own, but it is enough to say that the Egyptians had their
own answers, more philosophical in nature than predictive. Nor any of the planets
was considered 'bad' in the generally accepted astrological sense of the word, being the example
that a man who suffers from scurvy and remains under the heat of the sun will see his suffering
increase, but he is not the Sun. It is not the scurvy he contracted that causes these
additional inconveniences. Thus, if we feel negatively affected by the influence
from Saturn, the teacher, is because, just like the bad student, we do not learn the lessons and
we must be reprimanded firmly. It is also in the nature of all things that are
partial or incomplete (that is, in a process of evolution and have not yet reached their
plenitude) decompose and undergo changes. Consequently, the spirits,
essences or energies by which these changes are governed are not spirits of the
bad, but simply servers of natural law, each fulfilling their duty without fear
or favoritism. Our bond with the gods and with the universe as a whole is the mind. Each
the individual has within themselves the ability to step outside of themselves and connect with the
universal consciousness and, through the channels thus opened, use the life forces within it
contained, whether for the purposes of self-healing or to serve others. Obviously, these energies
can be misused, which in our language means that they were used against the
cosmic laws or for 'evil' purposes. But the forces themselves are neither good nor bad. They are
simply forces or energies. The only thing that distinguishes them is the hidden intention
under your manipulation. When the question of invoking the help of entities or beings arose

modern scientific knowledge about the human brain and its functions. We know that
the left hemisphere is concerned with reasoning and thinking factors
logical, like mathematics, and the practical activities of our daily life, while the
the right hemisphere governs the more abstract and creative aspect of the human psyche. Thus
how the left hemisphere seems to fundamentally respond to internal time (hour of
watch, etc.), the right hemisphere is programmed to function according to time
external or cosmic atemporality. Recent experiments with patients subjected to
surgeries to separate the two hemispheres showed that each side of the brain can
function independently of the other and that the right hemisphere is capable of offering
answers to questions before they are even asked. Taking all of this into consideration, and

THE PRACTICE

The following objects and symbols are the most commonly used and constitute a good
basis for Egyptian magical practices:
The sistrum

the element fire and that works fundamentally through the Bast ray through this
element. When used in the context of Isis or Hathor, the element varies, but it would once again
governed by the 'calling' or hidden natural invocation of the user. For example, an occultist
who wishes to employ the ritual of Hathor, which by nature is more in harmony with the
element air, should not use the sistrum to invoke the fire element. As an instrument
magical from the beginning, I can only repeat that the best thing to do is to use it in the context of fire
in conjunction with the ray of Bast.

but the top must be proportional to the handle. It can be made of wood, bronze, silver

I personally have a ceremonial sistrum made of bronze topped with a figure of a cat and

Although the sistrum is associated with the element fire, it is not necessarily the

It is said that this symbol represents a phase or stage of higher consciousness or

The 'ankh'
It is probably the most well-known of all Egyptian symbols and can be used
as a staff, ornament, or personal adornment. Today's 'ankhs' can be found in
all shapes, sizes, and colors; but, for magical purposes, they should be between thirty and
eighteen inches in length, balanced at the top and on the handle, and built
in pure metal or painted in sky blue or turquoise, yellow or white. The practitioner of
a magician who likes to work with natural fibers can use a simple wooden 'ankh';
but, again, it should not be dyed unless it is in one of the described colors

The scarab, or sacred scarab, appeared in many different forms in
ancient Egyptian culture and it is important to understand its significance. It was believed that it should

excrement, it was believed that all life emerged from the Sun, which also moved from east
to the west. This idea proved to have great appeal to such simple people, soon becoming
a valid religious analogy. The priests and the general populace adorned themselves with scarabs,
that also appeared in representations of many deities, especially those
related to the Sun.

The Egyptians had two teachings, one for the outer temple or public worship and
another for the inner temple or priesthood. Throughout the history of Egypt, successive
generations of people without spiritual vision usurped the position of the authentic priesthood, and
the whole building or structure crumbled gradually. Temporal power does not fit the gifts

an ecclesiastical institution begins to meddle in politics, its decline begins. It's worth noting

characters are the same: the divine nature exists within each of us; They are the
gods in the structure and in the identification with the principles they represent the only ones that
can help us achieve the knowledge and understanding that they reach in their
higher octaves. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the gods and dominate within us
the same principles, which means that, in the Egyptian system of magic, there is no access

to be represented or simply used by two people working together, being
one making the request and the other the response. The phrase mentioned below will undoubtedly be from
interest of all those who are fascinated by the Sirius magic school, as it makes
direct reference to pairing, so important in the referred system. The first
paragraphs correspond to the Papyrus of Ani (British Museum, Reference No. 10.470, pages 7-

CEREMONIAL MAGIC
The following method is quite simple. Each of the participants takes on the role of
one of the nine great deities explained above. If there is a desire to use
parameters, these must be in accordance with the details in the list of the chapter
12; and if one intends to use the complete ceremony, the altar and the
corresponding sacred instruments. It is absolutely essential that all energies
invoked or evoked may be used or, otherwise, that they be properly
dispersed, returning them to their natural frequencies or normal spheres of activity. If
you are not sure what they are, it follows that you were not sure which forces

of the author, but simply an explanation of the rules used at the time.
One can use some type of incense, preferably sandalwood, which goes well with
all divine forms, although some may prefer a specific mix. It can be
burned in the form of a stick or in a censer or boat, according to the master's decision
ceremonies.
The ceremony should be revered and ritually closed, always giving thanks to the
intelligences that were kind enough to offer their help. Good manners were not a
Victorian prerogative; The universe and all its components like to be appreciated.
The storekeeper must ensure that the altar is properly arranged, with the
symbols of the elements placed at their corresponding cardinal points. The cup or
the chalice must contain pure and crystal clear water, and the candles should not be lit until everyone
be in position for the start of the ceremony. The candles should be of the corresponding color to the
nature of the invocation, as determined by the lodge master. If you wish to carry out
several invocations, the chosen color must align with the role assumed by the
celebrant.
Music should be used, but it should be soft and fluid and contain no type of rhythm.
the "beat" music is completely out of harmony with Egyptian magic and will have the effect of

the appropriate divinities (see chapter twelve). The protector must not at any time
shift the emphasis from the left cerebral hemisphere to the right, as it should maintain control

The recorder must also maintain full mental control and, before the end of each session,
the various members should share their experiences and impressions, so that the
recorder can fulfill its task. The records of a store must be kept in a
special book, which, after the end of the session, should be carefully stored together
with the other objects and instruments.
If the master of the shop needs the help of the seer, he must hand him the chalice so that

you are permitted to enter a trance state and, even so, only under strict
supervision, at the specific request of the master of the store. These rules must be respected in
all magic sessions.
Those who wish can adopt personal store names. They can base themselves on
that each individual considers to be their own name, according to the vibration (the sound or
note that responds to your altar or psyche), or the master of the shop can also choose
identities that fit the divine forms that will be adopted during the session of
ritual magic.
My personal opinion is that a good part of the ceremonies that accompany ritual magic
are totally superfluous; they are only useful to the extent that they help create the
devoted or disciplined atmosphere that attracts people so much. The same can be said of the
prayers, litanies, etc. Having exposed a bit of the ancient Egyptian religion, it is fair that I
include some simplified versions of praise songs, or chants, for use by

The same can be said for the following set of short sentences. However, they cover the

or to the planetary forces of astrology? This is a question that will inevitably arise more
sooner or later. So, let's start with astrology. Given that the Egyptian deities
originals did not originally belong to this solar system, doubts or questions arise
considerable. The Greeks worked hard to find equivalents to the Egyptian gods
in their own pantheon, but even they noticed the differences. Assign equivalents
Planetary or zodiacal alignments to the Egyptian deities is not an easy task; well, to be honest,
we must admit that they do not always fit. However, there are evidently signs and
planets that harmonize with some of the Egyptian rays and, therefore, I will make an attempt
a bit reckless to find matches for those who wish to plan their
astrologically sessions.
When asked to explain which gods governed certain signs, the Roman poet
Caio Manilius (1st century BC) wrote the following verses:
Pallas governs the woolly lamb and Venus watches over the bull, Apollo takes care of the beautiful twins.
And Mercury, the crab. Jupiter, along with the mother of the gods, is the same lord of Leo.
Virgo with its ear of corn corresponds to Ceres, the scale.
Vulcan, the warrior, while Scorpio corresponds to Mars, the warrior. Diana
controls the human part of the hunter, but the horse part is governed by Vesta with the
restricted Capricorn stars. Aquarius is the sign of Hera, in contrast to Jupiter, and Neptune.
governs the pair of fish that move in the sky.
This relationship or list finds a natural correspondence between the named gods and
the corresponding zodiac signs, although it should be noted that there is no
Egyptian equivalent of Mars. Ancient scribes often associated Set with the ray
warrior and to the sign of Scorpio, leaving Hathor as Sekhmet to take command
of Aries.

In those ancient times, there were also all types of mediums, who took on the

Alexandria, Saint John Chrysostom, Origen, Saint Justin Martyr, Saint Cyprian, Tertullian
Jerome and Saint Augustine. In fact, the latter said the following about powers
prophetic of spirits:
Most of the time, they can announce in advance what they are going to do; because

purest, the ancient Egyptian religion is as valid today as it was centuries ago. The reason is that
it was originally founded on authentic cosmic archetypes and was not built in the image
and in the likeness of man. Many people will mock the idea of seeing God in any form
that is not human; It is a normal process in the moments of the young soul, and it is
associated with a kind of spiritual tribalism, with the syndrome of 'we are the best'.
Many of the major religions that dominate today fit into this category and will, without

Therefore, if you feel a certain affinity with the cosmic gods of antiquity (which
what are the ages for eternal timelessness?), wouldn't it be advisable for you to proclaim
this out loud. Magical religions spread through spiritual attractions and not through
proselytism. You won't have to stand on a soapbox in Hyde Park to explain to the

magical religions are never easy to explain, except for people of certain inclinations
similar, and the evangelical approach does not work with a guiding discipline
cosmic that is not limited by a dogma or set of beliefs. However, many
readers will notice certain similarities between popular religious practices and beliefs
contemporaries and the religion of ancient Egypt. For example, Horus was born of a virgin, for
your father had already ascended to heaven and your mother conceived you thanks to the magical power of a god

Horus appears inevitably in the same way in all beliefs. His birth

associated with the idea of death or suffering in a kind of sacred tree. Odin found himself
painfully suspended from Yggdrasil, until, after three days, he observed the runes or
mysteries at his feet and struggled to free himself to pick them up. At that moment, he
he immediately felt free from suffering and received the gift of true knowledge.
Osiris received a similar gift after his resurrection. Runes and Egyptian magic are
quite compatible. The study of ancient Egyptian texts sheds a different light on
certain fundamentalist interpretations of the Christian Bible. The sacred scriptures cannot
be interpreted too literally, in light of history, religious beliefs, and the
cultures that prevailed in the civilized world during the period they were supposedly
written. Open-minded people with a desire to know the truth have several books
magnificent on this subject, and the historical aspects of the Holy Scriptures have been
covered by educational television channels in recent years. It is clear that the fanatics
they will continue to claim that the biblical texts are divinely inspired, but this does not have
importance. For those who believe in the Egyptian religion, Thoth was so busy
inspiring writings for his prophets and scribes as the God of Christians was about to
its contemporaries. The Egyptian system can provide a solid religious basis for
those who wish to treat him this way. Even without resorting to the barbaric excesses of
in some later pantheons, the Egyptian divine forms show an understanding
warmth of human weaknesses; They also present spiritual qualities that
manifest itself in the form of a desire to help all creatures overcome obstacles and
difficulties posed by your earthly karma. Many people I know have encountered

Let's make a brief astronomical study of this luminary. Sirius is a white star in the
constellation of the Greater Dog, about eight and a half light years from Earth. It is the brightest star
from the called Tarantula Nebula. However, for now we will give to our enigmatic
star friend or the benefit of the doubt.
TRANSLATION 105
Approximately in the middle of the last century, the astronomer Bessel studied Sirius
for a certain period of time; He observed a disturbance in his movement that
indicated the presence of another body nearby, close enough to
cause a gravitational effect of considerable force. However, its investigation does not
revealed the smallest trace or vestige of a mass sufficiently large to affect a
a star the size of Sirius. A few years later, a small body was observed revolving
around the orbit of Sirius, whose orbital period has been calculated to be approximately
fifty years. This second star was called Sirius B, and sometimes Digitaria.
Recently, astronomers have gained new insights into the nature of
called "white dwarfs", that is, stars that do not provide much light, but exert a
enormous gravitational attraction due to its atomic structure. A 'white dwarf' is a
star that "collapsed", which means that its atoms slowed down so much that the
the nature of its substance has little to do with matter as we know it. When
the atoms are compressed to this point, the resulting mass becomes so heavy that,
for example, a cubic foot of the material from Sirius B would weigh 2,000 tons, while
a box of matches filled with the matter from the core of that star would weigh
approximately fifty tons.
Some astronomers believe they have seen a third star in the Sirius system. One of them,
called Fox, claimed to have seen her in 1920; and, in 1926, 1928, and 1929, was supposedly
observed by van den Bos, Finsen and others at the Union Observatory. Then, suddenly, he
seemed to become invisible. More recently, Irving W. Lindenblad from the USA The Observatory
Naval in Washington, D.C., examined the Sirius system, but could not detect a
third star, although it has gathered additional information about Sirius B in the process.
The Dogons considered Sirius B much more important than its companion star.
infinitely larger dimensions, and much brighter. They also knew of the existence of
a third star, as well as a small planet in the system, although this
knowledge was surrounded by some confusion, as it was not known if the third star
it was a smaller sun or simply a large planet, since this ancient African tribe
he also referred to it as "the planet of shoemakers" or "the planet of women".
The association of Sirius with the Egyptian system was fundamentally made through the
more primitive sources that relate Egyptian beliefs to a race of colonizers,
whose origins are historically obscure, but around which a whole has developed
mythology. It is no less important to call these people ancient astronauts, Atlanteans,
or however you prefer; but, one way or another, your magic system has reached us
through the centuries. Many reliable seers and mystics are in favor of the idea of a gene

generation to generation until it reaches the present moment. This genetic trend of Sirius

How the magic of Sirius shares its archetypes with some of the oldest
Egyptian magical references, there are some symbols equally valid in both
systems. The eye, which is part of the hieroglyph of the name of Osiris, and the star are two
examples. The sacred numbers of Sirius are five and eight and, just like the cloak of Isis, the

evident in all ancient Egyptian art. The uranus also has connotations with Sirius,
just like the lion, although the feline family in general is closely linked to the process
evolutionary and the cosmic identity of Sirius. We thus discovered an association with the
number eleven of the major arcana of the tarot, Strength, which represents a woman opening
calmly the jaws for an adult lion.
So, what does this 'magic of thought' consist of? How does it work and where does Sirius come in?
Does it fit into this? The occultism of thought or the mind will be the new magic of the Era of

These are just a few of the lessons that can be learned through magic of
Sirius. By rising above the immediate sphere of earthly activities, one can avoid great
part of the agitation and confusion caused by earthly evils and also to keep oneself away
of those practitioners of malevolent magic who limit their spheres of activity to
immediate environment of this planet.
It is clear that, from a hidden perspective, it would be illogical to assume that Earth is the only place.
in the cosmos where it is likely to find evil, or the disguised energy. These states are
found throughout the universe. But when we operate purely in the mental state,
we learned the correct mental techniques to combat it. In other words, the
defense capacity increases with the growth and development of spiritual pursuit
external, according to the hidden law of equalities. Therefore, the process really has the
effect of helping to cope with the tensions and difficulties of daily existence on Earth,
even if it is only showing the spirit that a infinitesimal part of the universe is present
suffering these disturbances and how quickly the passage of time will eliminate the
tensions and will present us with a new dilemma or problem to be solved using the clues

Of course, there are certain people whose angle of polarity brings them very close to the 'center'.
That is to say, they can act as mediums or magicians, but this usually only happens with

When working with mental magic, mental discipline is essential. The mind should never

The nature of pure energy holds a prominent place in this type of magic, part of
a discipline that consists of the ability to attract cosmic energy at will and channel it to
the levels where necessary. We constantly hear about systems that either deal with
only spiritual issues or deal only with practical considerations. However, in the
Sirius school, all energy comes from the same source, which is why it can be used for
deeper spiritual understandings, on one hand, or for more needs
materials, on the other hand. However, the ethics of any magical operation, just like the very
magic corresponds solely to the individual. If the energies obtained in a certain
if frequencies are abused, an imbalance will occur that will have serious repercussions,
usually at the level that it was abused. So, if you think about using the system to
get financial gains, be careful that the repercussions do not negatively affect
your health. The energies of Sirius are self-sufficient in the sense that, regardless
about how they are used, they always balance out, so this is not the most system
recommended for hedonists or "know-it-alls". From an astrological point of view, the Sirius ray is
frequently described as a mix or combination of Jupiter and Mars and any
excess of expansive energies of this nature that is not properly managed can
become a fatal overdose of radiation. Similarly, if you plan to spend your
time out of the body for long periods examining the universe or traveling back or
forward in time (the ray of Sirius has a lot to do with the nature of time), you
there will come a time when it is hard for you to go back and take full physical control over
your body. This can lead to a collapse of the nervous system or one of the many other
manifestations of schizophrenia syndrome. Hence the absolute need for balance between
the spiritual and material worlds, as well as emotional stability and good organization.

Carry out your karma, the fragment that is here, in the current time zone, has a task to

CONCLUSIONS
If taken to its true conclusions, the study of magic is broad and deep; and,
however, to benefit from it, it is not necessary to reach such academic extremes. In

It goes without saying that there will always be some "eagle" in legal matters and
metaphysics that demands a definition of cosmic laws, or a simplified set of rules
in which you can find what can and cannot be done. But the cosmic laws
they are not like the earthly ones. They deal with the natural forces that keep the universe in
balance. All cosmic concepts of good and evil revolve around the idea of order
versus chaos; of harmony against disharmony; of construction versus destruction;
detachment versus selfishness; and love against hatred. In other words, everything is in the mind of
individual in question, in their personalized consciousness. In turn, this will depend on
quite a stage or phase of spiritual development that the soul is going through
in that specific time zone of the Earth.
The directional impulses of the cosmic laws advance in an orderly movement and
always forward. Sometimes, energy pockets go crazy and face the current, like
if they were rebelling against her. This causes pain and suffering both to the force itself that
advances and to the intelligences that compose it and also to the parts of the river of cosmic consciousness
that hits in your attempt to go against the current. These areas of conflict occur throughout
the universe in different forms and intensities, but time ends up pacifying them and they
they are once again reincorporated into the current to continue their cosmic journey back to
its creator. Evil consists only in this type of conflict; that is, according to the energy
loss, which can manifest in very diverse forms, from the misery of poverty
material until the suffering of a soul that has lost itself 'out of its time'. For the Egyptians,
