CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTING SERVICES

GEOLOGY, GEOTECHNICS, AND SOIL LABORATORY


FOR THE PROJECT
TECHNICAL ROAD SUPERVISION
SAN ANDRÉS DE MACHACA–SANTIAGO DE MACHACA

I hereby constitute this Private Contract for the provision of CONSULTING Services for the
professional advice in civil engineering for GEOLOGY, GEOTECHNICS AND
SOIL LABORATORY, FOR THE PROJECT: TECHNICAL SUPERVISION
ROAD SAN ANDRES DE MACHACA–SANTIAGO DE MACHACA that to only
signature recognition and initials may be elevated to a public instrument, which is signed to the
tenor of the following clauses:

FIRST.- (PARTIES).- The following parties are involved in the signing of this contract:

Mr. Engineer Jhonny Cusicanqui Giles, with ID 298878 LP., of legal age, capable
by law Legal representative of the company CAEM Ltda., domiciled in the .......... of the
City of La Paz Bolivia, of profession Civil Engineer, hereinafter referred to as the
CONTRACTING PARTY.
b) Mr. Engineer Ruben Ivan Enriquez Sivila, with ID 4837606 LP, of legal age, capable
by law, residing in the South area. Urb. Los Pinos, Block 140, Apt. 401, of the City
from La Paz Bolivia, with a profession as a Civil Engineer with RNI 49149, who hereafter will
will be called the CONSULT.

SECOND.- (BACKGROUND).- On April 30, 2015, according to Law No. 681, the state
Plurinational State of Bolivia approves loan contract No. 3385/BL-BO signed with the Bank
Inter-American Development aimed at executing the 'Road Infrastructure Support Program'
Development and Management of the Fundamental Road Network.

Consulting for the preparation of the TECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISION OF THE
IMPROVEMENT AND PAVING WORKS OF THE SAN ANDRES SECTION
MACHACA–SANTIAGO DE MACHACA is signed in La Paz, on June 28, 2016 by the
Ing. Gustavo Adolfo Espinoza Morales, Regional Manager La Paz. ABC and Legal Representative of
The Company, Eng. Jhonny Eduardo Cusicanqui Giles.

The services to be contracted through this document are an indissoluble part of the
mentioned contract.

THIRD.- (OBJECT).- This Private Contract aims at the contracting that


the CONTRACTOR for the work of GEOLOGY, GEOTECHNICS AND LABORATORY OF
SOILS FOR THE PROJECT: TECHNICAL SUPERVISION OF SAN ANDRES ROAD
MACHACA–SANTIAGO DE MACHACA, by the CONSULTANT, in accordance with the
terms specified in the Fourth clause, Scope of Services.

FOURTH.- (SCOPE OF SERVICES9.- The scope of this contract is defined and


detailed by the technical-economic proposal of the CONSULTANT, attached in annexes to this document

EIGHTH.- (OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY'S OBLIGATIONS).- The Contracting Party agrees to:

it will make possible the corresponding legal sanctions, unless the CONTRACTOR approves of
explicitly grants an extension of said deadlines for justified reasons, in which case the fine will be

ELEVENTH.- (OF ACCEPTANCE AND CONFORMITY).- We, on one part
