 Preface
Homeopaths and Homeopathy have been in the background for a long time. In
the "tram" of medical sciences, it is the only science with firm principles and
unaltered and with a concrete philosophy as a basis. None of the principles
homeopathic or the ancient medications, became obsolete over time
of time. None of them developed resistance forces against the viruses and beings
humans as well. They are as effective in 'single dose' as they were 250 years ago.

superficial limits you to 'thinking' of a human being as a pile of 'pieces
outstanding." Trying to address the parts, calling themselves "specialists and
super specialists”, they are, unknowingly, blissfully unaware of the “connections
dangerous." Knowing little about the mind-body connections, the so-called "Leaders of

After the publication of his first book on homeopathy 'Homeopathy

"Predictable, Theory of Suppression," which gained immense popularity in the World.
Homeopathic, my son Prafull, who hardly has time to share with his
family and friends, due to their involvement in clinical practice, somehow
found time to enrich the homeopathic world with his brilliant knowledge,
against all disparities.

The nature of my son Prafull, since childhood, was to do good. His character
inquisitive made him go through paths not frequented by many. His creativity
that garnered praise in manual work, today has helped him create more paths
easy, new theories and hypotheses. His stubbornness made him hold on to his theories with
conviction. His voracity for knowledge led him to acquire deep knowledge in
genetics, embryology, human biochemistry, psychology, medicine, and materia medica.
Additionally, his mischievous, cheerful, and jovial nature has helped him not to take things seriously.

 Chapter 1

Introduction
When Homeopaths, even prestigious Homeopaths, face cases

Old and new concepts

simillimum in acute cases. It is nothing more than the simplification in the search for
similar without violating the seven cardinal principles of Homeopathy.

The old concept (A mistaken application of knowledge)

 Acute diseases, for example, fevers, diarrhea, dysentery, abdominal pain,
neuralgias, etc. have been, until today, treated with much 'panic', proportional to the
severity and acuteness of the condition. I take the blame and include myself in engaging in this type of
prescriptions, prevalent in most homeopathic circles, in the early
years of my practice.

Fever has been and has been treated under non-homeopathic principles with
homeopathic medications such as: ferr-p 3X or 6X, kali-m 3X/6X, nat-m 3X/6X or
a combination of Belladonna, Aconitum, Ferr-p or Eucalyptus, china, chin-a, etc., in
potencies 30 or 200 or Azadirachta, Baptista, Pyrogenium, etc. In the form of mother tincture
frequently repeated.
Diarrhea is treated with Podophyllum, Aloe, Gratiola, Gambogia, Veratrum.

Such prescriptions are blind prescriptions. They certainly never give

lowering the temperature is certainly not a homeopathic result. The temperature

recover on your own! The doctor who boasts of that result, whether in fevers
or in diarrhea, is unaware or ignores the fact that a tremendous weakness, tiredness

a homeopathic result.

The classical homeopathic treatment with a single dose obscures, by far, the
old treatments with multiple doses or with multiple medications.

Acute diseases are of three types:

a.- Non-recurrent acute infections, e.g., acute diarrhea, dysentery, high fever
viral, bacterial, or parasitic, e.g., malaria, typhoid fever, flu. They can be
include pneumonias, pulmonary abscess, pleuritis, pleurisy, urinary tract infections.
b.- Acute exacerbation of chronic diseases, e.g. Asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis,
chronic ulcerative colitis, fever from malaria relapses.
c.- Ailments such as acidity, transient discouragement, colds, gastric discomfort due to
food excess or heavy food, bruises and minor abrasions, etc. They are
self-limiting and do not require any treatment.

Golden Rules for Prescription in Acute Cases

1.- Be a prescriber of minimum doses

As each acute illness initiates a reaction in the body called
