Hydrostatic Test Report of CLEAVER BROOKS Boiler

Objective. Test the pressure vessels that operate with steam to ensure
and operability

Execution order:
1) Equipment blockage (CLEAVER BROOKS boiler).

2) Close the steam inlet valve to the main manifold, and inlet valves.
R-500 fuel

3) Dismantling of the fuel injection system and electrical connections.

4) Dismantling of the nozzle (R-500 fuel atomizer).

5) Disassembly of air atomizer.

6) Dismantling of bolts and front and rear covers.

7) Visually inspect internal pipes and boiler combustion chamber.

8) Supply water with the (GRUNDFOS PUMP A96447333P10138 1.10KW)


at atmospheric pressure to check for leaks in the plates and the housing of the
cauldron. -Drain water

9) Expand pipes with leaks.

10) Supply water with the pump from the same boiler (AURORA J6T S 11.6A
BF 20HP) Y (GRUNFOS PUMP A96447333P10138 1.10KW) until
reach a pressure of 90 PSI then perform a journey in order to
find new leaks if there are any. - drain water
11) With the new leaks found, we proceeded to expand the smaller ones.

pumps (AURORA J6T S 11.6A BF 20HP) AND (GRUNFOS PUMP)
A96447333P10138 1.10KW) and keep it for 1 more hour.
