projects in work meetings.

SOLUTION:

We carry out a coaching process lasting 4 sessions.

As the objective is very defined from the very beginning, we dedicate the
first session to gather information on why that situation occurs
blocking and if there are other scenarios in which it also occurs.

Once the context in which those blockages occur is defined, it is requested that
the client to make a list of the different options that can be proposed
and an evaluation (rating) of them to choose the most suitable one.

Once it is clear that the best option and the way to eliminate those
blockages is preparing a work proposal to present at the next one
meeting of area heads and in this way gain security, a plan is outlined
action detailing dates and resources to be used, including
people who can help.

The last scheduled sessions are dedicated to monitoring and adjustment.

I work before the team of area heads of the hospital. The presentation was a
success and this helped him, not only to increase his self-esteem and self-confidence
same, but above all to find and internalize a method of facing
to the situations that intimidate them, turning them into challenging goals and
challenges and developing and executing action plans to address them.
