TUTORIAL: Complete Adobe Suite for MacOS

Hello and welcome to this tutorial dedicated primarily to MMI & Info students from Arles.
owner of a MacBook.

(If you only have Windows I refer you >here<)

Here is the tutorial (I produced a version in English and one in French.)

Below is the French version obviously.

For Adobe Acrobat DC, please follow this little tutorial as well ^^ (click here)

[First Step:]
Delete all residual files from the old installation of the Adobe product.
Remove all traces of Creative Cloud as well. (Find tutorials on the internet)
Download the Adobe products you need: >Here<
You will therefore need, for example: Adobe Illustrator 2020 V24.0.2.dmg
Next, think about taking the two following software that are in the same folder:
GateKeeper_Helper.dmg: Allows the installation of Adobe.
Adobe Zii 2020 5.1.6.dmg: Allows you to make the entire Adobe suite functional.

Once all these software are downloaded and placed on your desktop, you are all set!

[Second Step]
We install GateKeeper Helper.
Launch it, click on the .command icon.
If it tells you that it cannot open GateKeeper because it comes from an unknown developer.
To solve your first of a long series of errors (I'm joking)
Simply go to: The Apple at the top left,
System Preferences
Security and Privacy
Go to the general tab
A message asking you if you really want to launch this software.
Authorize it, a Terminal opens, choose option 1.
Enter your password (it will not be displayed for security reasons)

From now on, close all your windows, return to 'Security and Privacy' and you will see
in the general tab: Authorized application from: “Everywhere” or “Partout”
That's good! The hardest part of the tutorial is over!

Third Step
Open (finally) Illustrator or the Adobe software of your choice.

(If he says a mistake about being corrupt, redo step 2,

or in the worst case follow this other tutorial >here<
Say that the tutorial is for Adobe Zii,
but it's the same with your Illustrator executable, Adobe, etc.
You can do it! Once it's resolved, we continue!
Next page below.
Your Adobe software opens, a page with the TNT Letters appears.
Two visible icons, Adobe ZII and the Extra folder.
Go to the Extra folder.
Now, IMPORTANT, do not launch the 'Install' software manually.
To do this, open your terminal and type by hand: xattr -cr
Add a space, and then take 'Install' from the extra folder, and drag it into the terminal where
you have written your order.
Once that's done, your order will normally look like this:
xattr -cr /Volumes/Adobe\ Illustrator\ 2020\ v24.0.2/Extra/Install.app
(of course it will change a little if you install Premiere Pro or others, etc…)
Press enter and there... You can launch your 'Install' by double clicking on it.
(Another error for you? Know that it works for everyone, I've tested it with a lot of people.
person, both from Catalina and Mojave, in short, go back to this tutorial: >here<)

Fourth and Last Step

After clicking on install, you may have to sign up.
(create an account)
(use Google, or whatever you want, it's faster)
use a fake address that you have never used
Choose your language now, click on 'Continue'.
IF ERROR 1 appears, go to the end of the tutorial where I explain how to resolve this issue.
Once installed, open Adobe Zii, and BAM BAM BOOM when you click on Patch, it’s done!

You can now use your Adobe 2020 software without limitations, for free, for life.
If that doesn't work, send me a message and we'll call to sort it all out quickly and efficiently.

(For each Adobe software,

repeat step 3 with the command: xattr -cr and Adobe Zii once installed

PS: Sometimes the app like Photoshop may display that the trial period has expired. It could be
that the Creative Cloud, which aims to sync you with other apps, detects you as a
person who did not buy the license correctly. That’s why it is necessary to ensure that all apps, including the
Creative Cloud should be uninstalled along with any residual files. However, even if a message about
Photoshop, for example, tells you that the trial period has expired, usually after the application of
patch, you can use it 100% because the app is completely unlocked.

Error 1 during software installation:

If you encounter error 1 during your Adobe installation, it may be a conflict with the Adobe application.
Creative Cloud from a previous installation.

To solve this problem, try to manually uninstall.

If this doesn't work, simply use the 'Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool' which you will find via the link
below
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html#run-the-creative-cloud-
cleaner-tool

1) Download and launch the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool

A list of your Adobe applications will be displayed.
3) Select the application 'Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop'
4) Click on 'Cleanup Selected' to uninstall only the selected application.
5) Restart your Mac
6) Restart the installation of your Adobe application, which should succeed this time!
