design for a maximum demand of 32 KW, for the project:

FOR IRURO DAM, LUCANAS DISTRICT, PROVINCE OF
LUCANAS, AYACUCHO DEPARTMENT

Through this letter, I am pleased to address your represented entity for the purpose of
greet you cordially and at the same time inform you that the file is being prepared.

For this purpose, in compliance with the current legal regulations (R.D. N° 018-
2002-EM/DGE), item 9.1, we reached the following documents:
1. Request from the Interested Party or the design engineer to the concessionaire for the
feasibility and the design point.
2. Copy of the document that certifies the legal representation of the Interested Party.
2 copies of the location map at a scale of 1/5000 or 1/10000 with
indication of the access routes to the area to be electrified or physical references that
allow their easy location with respect to existing facilities.
4. Copy of the document that verifies ownership of the property. In the case of properties
rented, additionally present the written authorization from the owner to
request the electrical supply from the Concessionaire.
5. Maximum demand, coincidence factor, and equipment ratio.
We also request that you provide us with the network parameters at the point of
design, to carry out the study of protection against ground faults.
Finally, a person has been designated responsible for the preparation of the Project.
