Dear Sir,
We refer to your Letter / Quotations dated 30/12/2024 in response to the above
Project, the subsequent discussions you had with us, and the final offer with details as
discussed, your acceptance and confirmation of the terms and conditions of contract to
work as “Independent contractor” we hereby declare our intent to enter into a contract
with you as per your final revised offer and in accordance with the terms & conditions as
discussed & subject to review of technical details by our Project Manager
We hereby confirm the order for above mentioned subject at The Nature, Mukaiwadi,
Pune as per Project & Product Technical Specifications in accordance with the
conditions outlined below:

Scope Of Work:
1. Scaffolding in the shafts will be provided by Developer.
2. Developer will provide space for godown vendor will construct godown at allotted
space at his own cost.
3. Developer will provide h o i s t ways be completed in all respects including the
hoist way lighting and cabling in advance.
4. Developer will provide the cabling for 3-phase / 1-phase for Car, power supply
with earthing suitably terminated in the machine room.
5. Lobby architrave would need to be carried on completing the entrances by
Vendor.
6. After installation of the doors adequate measures would need to be taken to
protect the landing doors. By Developer The landing fixtures will also need
to be adequately protected. By the Developer.
7. All electrical and civil work other than those specifically mentioned in vendors
scope of works will be carried out by Developer
8. Smoke windows for all the elevators will be provided by developer.
9. Developer will provide adequate electrical supply for installation and operation of
Lifts
10. Developer to provide White washing and plastering of Lift well.
11. Making of buffer blocks in lift pit, markings to be given by Prime (As per layout).
12. Developer will provide lintels as per vendors requirement at each landing.
13. Developer will provide Necessary hoisting beams / hooks a s p e r v e n d o r s
requirement
14. Grouting of Rag Bolts in shaft wall as per Prime drawings for brick wall.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Dispatch and Installation: -
The Material will be delivered in 10 to 20 days and installation
will be completed by 15th April 2025., approval of layout, technical
specification and PWD A forms documents for statutory permission, and full
compliance of contractual payment terms whichever is later. Installation will
be completed in 2 weeks from the date of start of Installation work at site.
2. Free Maintenance: -
The free maintenance is for the period of up to 60 months and will
commence from the date of completion of Installation. And receipt of PWD
lift License.
An Original copy of the Work Order is being forwarded to you. A duplicate copy of the
same may please be returned to us, duly signed & stamped as token of your acceptance
of the terms and conditions of the contract.
