• BBMA stands for "Bollinger Bands Moving Average".It was Introduced by a
Malaysian Guy named Oma Ally.It was discovered in 2008-2010(In between
this time).Officially,BBMA is taught by Oma Ally and his Partners in
Malaysia.There are also many Webinars of BBMA on YouTube but the
Problem is that all those are in Malay Language.So, it is difficult to
Understand and Learn from them.
• For that Reason, I started my own Youtube Channel.So, all who don't
Understand Malay language can learn BBMA through my Channel.
• After working quite a while on Youtube, I received a lot of Requests for a
PDF on BBMA from Basic to Advance.So, who are Begginers and others
Struggling and don't know where to Start can learn through this PDF as well

• Function of Bollinger Bands :-
The main function of BB is to show the Direction of the Market + to show how
much Momentum a market or Pair has in a Certain Direction.

 • Function of Ma5/10 :-

 The main function of the MA5/10 is playing important role in a Re-entry.The
MA5/10 are the place where most Re-entries take Place.

• Function of EMA50 :-
The main Function of the EMA50 is to provide us the Trend of the Market.The
Position of the EMA50 gives us the Information for the Future moves.

 With the combination of these 3 Indicators,an Indicator System is formed called
BBMA.It works by combining the characteristics of these 3 Indicators.So,our main
focus is to firstly understand the working of these 3 Indicators and then,to
understand BBMA as a Whole.

2 – Cycle of BBMA :-
BBMAs cycle starts when there is a Reversal on a certain Pair with the Shift of
Direction.So,we have to point out those Reversal Signs and then,to trade the
move.
The Cycle consists of :-
1 – Extreme

 2 – TP Wajib/TP Mandatory
3 – MLV/MHV
4 – CSAK/CSD
5 – Re-entry
6 – CSM
7 - Re-entry
Explanation on,
• Extreme •
A sign of Reversal,formed when MA5 High/Low gets out of Top/Low BB.
• TP Wajib •
After the extreme,the price will retrace to the MA5/10 to do TP Mandatory(Must
TP).If we have entered in extreme,then we have to Take Profit at MA5/10.
• MLV or MHV •
It means that the Market has lost its volume and is unable to continue its move in
a certain direction.So,when the price will start its move after the TP Wajib,it will
fail to create a Momentum.Hence,a reversal will occur in the form of MLV.
• CSAK or CSD •
In Malay Language,it is known as “CSAK”.In English Language,it is known as
“CSD”.But the function of it remains the same.
After MLV,when the Market close Passes the MID-BB and MA5/10,CSAK is
formed.It is a Confirmation that the direction is now going to Shift following the
Cycle “Extreme, TP Wajib, MLV”.
• Re-entry •
The Re-entry is a place where after the Confirmation,an entry is taken.In the
Whole Cycle,the first Re-entry is of the CSAK.After the formation of CSAK,the the
Price will retrace to the MA5/10 to do the Re-entry.
• CSM •

 It is the most Important Element of the Whole Cycle as well as for BBMA.After
successfully doing the Re-entry of CSAK,the price will create a Momentum by
Closing outside the Top/Low BB..Also,the CSM candle confirms that the MLV is
valid and the Direction has Shifted now.
• Re-entry •
Same like CSAK,the price after forming CSM will Retrace back to the MA5/10.So,at
that Place,we will take our Second Entry after the Confirmation.

3 – Types of Extremes :-
There are 5 Types of Extremes in total,

1 – Extreme A :-

 It is formed when MA5 gets out of the Top/Low BB.Also sometimes,the MA5 does
not come out of the Top/Low Bands clearly.It only comes near them,so it can also
be considered as “Extreme A”.

2 – Extreme B :-

 It is formed when the Price rejects from Top/Low BB without forming any
Momentum.Only used in TF2 for the Confirmation of a Code.

In this case,if we switch to 1-Step Higher TF,there is a Re-entry happening and this
is the TF2 which has formed Extreme B.
3 – Extreme C :-

 It is a type of extreme which has a Winrate of 50,50.Meaning,it is the Weakest of
all Extremes and if you get it on TF2 for Confirmation,that Setup has less
Winrate.So,no need to use it.I mentioned it here so you all atleast know that
Extreme C exists and is the Weakest of all.
4 – Advanced Extreme :-
It is formed when the Price rejects from the EMA50 in a Strong Manner.Mostly
used as TF2 in the Confirmation of a Code.

5 – Magic Extreme :-

 It is formed when the MA5/10 both come out of the Top or Low BB.It is the
Strongest Type of Extreme.It occurs the Least but when it Occurs,it just Smashes
the Price in its desired Direction.. .

 “Extreme A” and “Advanced Extreme” are the most occuring ones.The main
Function of the Extreme is to Confirm the 2nd TF in a Re-entry and to Provide more
Confirmation in the 3rd TF.

4 – Codes :-
-Codes are also one of the main Elements of BBMA.When a Re-entry happens,we
aim to Enter in the Market after having the Confirmation on that Re-entry.So,that
confirmation is in the form of Codes.BBMA cannot work accurately without
Codes.Whenever a Re-entry happens either it is of Monthly,Weekly,Daily TF,we
aim to Apply Code on it to get the Confirmation Done…
-In Total,there are 4 Codes in BBMA that are Officially announced by its
Creator.These are :-
1 – REM :-
-In code REM, “R stands for Re-entry”, “E stands for Extreme” and “M stands for
MLV”.In total,we have to use 3 TFs to successfully apply these codes.We have to go
Step-by-Step Down to find the Confirmation on a Re-entry.
-So,the first TF will have a Re-entry.The Second TF will have Extreme and the third
TF will form MLV.Then,after the CSAK,we have our confirmation done.
• Mini Example :-
In Daily TF,we have a Re-entry “R”.
In H4 TF,we have Extreme “E”.
While in H1 TF,we will get MLV “M”.
-So,the code REM will be applied on these three TFs(D,H4,H1).After the CSAK on
TF3, “REM” will be Confirmed.
-Basically,while in TF3 using Code “REM”, we look for full Cycle of BBMA which is
already Explained to you all.

2 – REE :-

 -In code REE, “R stands for Re-entry”, “E stands for Extreme” while also in the third
TF,we have “E which also stands for Extreme”.
-Like the above “REM” code,we use 3 TFs in order to Successfully apply this Code
on a Re-entry Setup.
• Mini Example :-
In Monthly TF,we have a Re-entry.So,on TF1,we have “R”.
In Weekly TF,we have Extreme formed.So,on TF2,it will be “E”.
In Daily TF,after the formation of Extreme,the Price does not come back to form
MLV and it Directly forms CSAK and confirms the Code “REE”.

 3 – RME :-

 -In code RME, “R stands for Re-entry”, “M stands for MLV” while “E stands for
Extreme”.RME is a type of code which is formed after a Certain Code(REM,REE).In
this Code,TF2 plays the Main Role.Normally we have Extreme on the Second
TF(TF2) but Sometimes,the Price forms the Full Cycle on TF2 and does TP Wajib
after the Extreme and comes back to form MLV.So,when this happens,we have to
be very careful because it can form MLV anytime.So,to tackle this,we will mark the
Extreme and the forming MLV point on TF2.Then,we have to switch to TF3 to find
“Extreme A” on both Market Points.If we have “Extreme A” on both marked
Points,then we can enter after the CSAK on TF3 which will form after the 2nd
Extreme on MLV Point of TF2.
-I know this is a bit Complicated but it is what it is.You have to Work Hard on this
Code to Trade it Easily.
• Mini Example :-
On Weekly TF(TF1),we have Re-entry “R”.
On Daily TF(TF2),we will get Extreme+MLV Point.So,as a whole,we will consider it
MLV on second TF and be “M”.
On H4 TF(TF3),we will get “Extreme A” on both Marked Points of
TF2(Extreme+MLV).Then after CSAK on TF3,we will trade this Code.
-Normally for other Codes,TF3 used to confirm the Code by forming CSAK.But in
this Code,TF2 confirms “RME” after the CSAK on TF2.

 4 – RRE :-

 -This code does not occur usually and also has less Winrate.So,it is better to avoid
it.I also don’t use this Code.But,to explain it to you Guys,
TF1 has a Re-entry “R”.
TF2 also has a Re-entry “R”.
TF3 has Extreme “E”.
-So,after the CSAK on TF3,on the Re-entry of that CSAK Setup,you can trade it.
-That’s it for the Codes Section.Now let’s move on to the Next Chapter…

5 – Re-entry Setups :-

 In BBMA,there are 4 Re-entry Setups that we use on Daily Basis.Each of these
Setups have Different Winrate and Workings.Now,we will Understand one by one
on how these Setups look Like and How to Trade them.
1 – CSM Setup :-
-Basically,CSM is only a Signal that the Price will be going down/up Next.But when
the Market retraces back to the MA5/10 to do the Re-entry,we can Consider it as
a Setup because now we will be applying Confirmation on it in the form of Codes.
-CSM Setup has the Most Winning Rate in BBMA.I also Prefer this Setup for
Newbies as it can be Easy for them to Trade it as compared to the other Setups.
-CSM forms when the Price close passes the Low/Top BB.Then,when the Price
Retraces back to the MA5/10,we apply codes on it to find Confirmation and take
an Entry…

• Example :-
CSM Setup can be used Everytime in any Conditions as it is the Strongest one of all
because the Price Moves with Momentum in a Certain Direction.

 2 – CSAK or CSD Setup :-

 -CSAK or CSD are same Terms.Name doesn’t matter.The thing that Matters is the
Function.CSAK forms when the Price close passes the MA5/10 and the MID-
BB.Sometimes the Market close passes the Mid-BB but fails to Break the
MA5/10.So,that will not be Considered as a CSAK.Mainly,a Powerful CSAK is that
which is formed after the Full Cycle of BBMA because the Background of the
Setup is supported by the Direction.

 • Invalid CSAK Setups :-
In Trading CSAK,sometimes,Fake or Invalid Setups also Appear.There are two types
of CSAK Setups that are Invalid.
1 – That Breaks the Mid-BB but fails to Break the MA5/10.
2- That Breaks the Mid-BB and MA5/10 and forms clear CSAK Setup but then gets
Rejected from the EMA50 in the same TF.

 • Rejection from EMA50 that Invalidates the CSAK
Setup:-

 3 – CSA Setup :-
-This is the Hardest Setup to Trade.It forms when the Price after Reacting from a
Re-entry of the CSM or CSAK Setup,breaks the MA5/10.Then,a retracement will
happen back to the MA5/10 for a Re-entry and we can Enter based on
Confirmation with the help of Codes and Strong Direction Support.
-Trading this Setup is not Recommended because Direction is a Main Key Factor
for Trading this Setup successfully.If you Understand Direction well,then you can
try out this Setup on your own Charts.
-I recommend to Trade Firstly CSM,then CSAK,then CSA.and then Early CSAK Setup
which I am going to show after this One.

• Example :-

4 – Early CSAK Setup :-

 -This Setup is called Early CSAK because it Indicates that CSAK is going to form
next after the Price close Passes the MA5/10.While the Market is Trending in
Upward/Downward Direction,a Re-entry will happen either of CSM or CSA
Setup.But what will happen is that the Price will Close Pass the MA5/10.Then,after
the Retracement into the MA5/10 of the Opposite(if after CSM Buy,Price close
passes the MA5/10 Low,it will retrace back to the MA5/10 High)to do the Re-
entry.So,can also Trade that move.On my Channel,I already have a Video
Explaining all these Re-entry Setups.Just copy the Link above and paste it on your
Browser.
-While doing the Re-entry of this Setup,the price at TF2 should be at Top/Low
BB.Meaning,we should see “Extreme A” or “Extreme B” at TF2 for Code
Confirmation.

• Example :-

1 - Direction :-

 -Direction means “Current Trend in a Pair”.There are two Trends at a Particular
Time.A Major Trend and a Minor Trend.A Major Trend happens on the Higher TFs
while a Minor Trend happens on the Smaller TFs.For Direction,we use the Major
Trend because it tells us about the Potential Movements for Longer
Term.Basically,Direction means Looking at the Bigger Picture for what will Happen
in the Long Term.
-Direction is the Main Element of any Technique whether you are Trading
SMC,Supply & Demand,Engulfing,SnR Techniques,Direction is the Key to Profitable
Trading.Without Direction,nothing will work in this Market for you.If you apply all
the Knowledge above that I have mentioned but you don’t know about
Direction,then the above Knowledge will not Benefit you.The Setups are just Tools
for us that we use to enter in the Market based on Confirmation.Without
Direction,Setups cannot Work.
-That’s why majority of the People loss or they don’t have a good WinRate in the
Market.So,Direction is Important because without it,you cannot Succeed.Work on
getting the Direction Right and then,you will start seeing Improvement on your
Trades and Setups.

• How to Get Direction?

-Now as you know what is Direction and its Importance,let’s see how to Get it…
-For Getting Direction of Longer Term,we use Monthly,Weekly and Daily TFs
because they are the Directional TFs and Provide us the Bigger Picture.So,if you
are able to Read these 3 TFs clearly with Every Single Detail,then you will be able
to get the Direction Right and when you will get the Direction Right, you’re Setups
will start Working well or in other Words, you’re Re-entries will work Well.
-Firstly,look at the Monthly TF.Find CSM,CSAK,CSA or Early CSAK(Use Re-entry
Setups).Also see the Position of EMA50 of where it is.Normally,if the EMA50 is
below the Mid-BB,it is considered as a Bullish Trend while if it is above the Mid-
BB,it is considered as a Bearish Trend.
-Then,switch to Weekly TF and also find any Re-entry Setup and see if it is aligning
up with Monthly or Not.If Monthly has a Bullish Setup,Weekly should also have a
Bullish Setup for Clear Direction.The main thing is the Alignment on how better
you align these 3 TFs.

 -Finally,Switch to Daily TF and see what is happening there.The main thing that
clears most of the Confusion is the CSM or CSAK.So,find any Setup on Daily and
also align it with Monthly and Weekly.If all 3 TFs are aligning in the same
Direction,then you can trade in that Direction Comfortably without any Hesitation
because that’s a Strong Trend on that Pair.

 On the first Screenshot,Monthly has a CSM Buy + Re-entry.While when we come
to the Weekly TF,there formed a CSAK Buy after Reacting from the Monthly Re-
entry.While on Daily TF,there formed a CSM Buy.
-This whole Scenario comfirmed that the Direction is a Buy on this Pair.So,after the
CSM Buy on Daily,you can look Buys on the H4 TF Minimum.If H4 gets a Break-out
and forms CSAK Sell,you can look for Daily Re-entry Buy.Same like Before,if Daily
gets a Breakout,then Weekly Re-entry buy can take place.So,H4+D1+W+M Re-
entry Buys can be Taken.

 -In this Scenario,Monthly had a Momentum Buy(CSM Buy).Then,Weekly formed a
CSAK Sell and Daily formed a CSM Sell.This thing confirmed us that the Direction is
a Sell until the Monthly Re-entry Minimum.

2 – Timeframes Working :-

 -Now,as the Direction is clear to you all, let’s talk about how the TFs work with
each other or how they Support each other because in this Market, every TF has
its own Role except M30 because in BBMA,we don’t use M30 as it is similar to H1.

-When you know about the Direction well like where it Starts and where it
Ends,then you have to take work from every TF.When a Reversal starts in any Pair
or in other Words,when the Direction shifts in any Pair,the first Role comes of the
Smaller TFs because those are TFs which will shift their Structure first.
Smaller TFs : M1 , M5 , M15 , H1 , H4.
Bigger TFs : D1(Daily) , Weekly , Monthly.
-If we take an Example of a Buy,then when doing a Re-entry on a Bigger TF,the
shift of Structure will start from the Lower TFs first from Sell to Buy and then the
Momentum will reach the Re-entry TF.The Lower TFs should support the Bigger
TFs if the Direction wants to Continue.If the Lower TFs start shifting their Structure
against the Direction,then a Re-entry will be coming on the Bigger TF.

3 – Advance Setups :-
There are many Advance Setups in BBMA like Golden, Diamond , Nuclear, BMW,
Bronze Setup etc but some that I use on Daily Basis are Listed Below.
1 – Golden Setup :-
-This Setup simply includes an Additional Entry Element which is the EMA50.In a
Normal Re-entry,the MA5/10 are the place to wait for a Re-entry.But in this
Setup,the Re-entry Place consists of EMA50 + MA5/10 making the Re-entry
Strong.It is a confluence of MA5/10 + EMA50 in a Re-entry.All these Advance
Setups form on a Re-entry.In other Words,a Re-entry represents the Advance
Setups.
-But this Setup cannot be Traded Blindly.There are some Conditions to it which are
:-
1 – It should be aligned with the Main Direction.

 2 – One-Step Higher TF should support the Re-entry TF(Both should have a same
Bullish or Bearish Structure).

• 1st Example :-

-The main Re-entry TF(H4) had a CSM Sell + Re-entry.

-One-Step Higher TF(Daily) had Early CSAK Sell Setup(Close Below MA5/10
Low).So,you just had to apply code and enter based on Confirmation.

 • 2nd Example :-

-In the First Re-entry TF(H4),there was a CSAK Buy + Re-entry.

-One-Step Higher TF had a reaction from the Early CSAK Buy on Daily first and
then H4 formed Golden Buy Setup following the Bigger TFs Direction.So,all you

 had to do was apply Code on H4 Re-entry and Place an Entry based on
Confirmation.
-This Setup can be traded at any TF.
2 – Nuclear Setup :-
-It is one of the Advance Setups that appear much.Basically,what Nuclear Setup
Indicates is a Potential Re-entry Coming on a Higher TF.So,if you see Nuclear Setup
appearing on any TF,then it means that One-Step Higher TF Re-entry is Coming.
-This Setup can be traded at any TF.
-Nuclear Setup forms when the EMA50 comes out of the Top or Low BB in any
TF.When this happens,it means the Market will look for a Re-entry on One-Step
Higher TF.If it appears on Daily,then it means that the Price will look for Weekly
Re-entry.

 -When the EMA50 came out of the Low BB,there was CSAK Sell.This was an
Indication that Daily Re-entry is Coming.Then after that,the Price reached the Daily
Re-entry and successfully Rejected the Price to the Upside continuing the
Direction.

 • 2nd Example :-

-When EMA50 came out of the Low BB,the Price went Straight to do the Daily Re-
entry.
3 – BMW Setup :-

 -BMW is a Simple Setup to trade.It only consists of a Single TF.It also includes
EMA50 as a supporter.
-When the EMA50 comes out of the Top or Low BB,we have to wait until it gets
back to the BB again.When it gets back into the Bollinger Bands,we have to see
what Structure the Price has Created or what the Price is doing or what Setup the
Price has formed.
-It only Consists of H4 TF(Meaning has to be applied only on H4).

 -In this Example,on the H4 TF,when the EMA50 came out of the Bollinger
Bands,we waited until it got into the Bollinger Bands again.When it went back
in,the Price had a CSM Sell.So,we call this as a BMW Sell Setup.After the CSM
Sell,a Re-entry happened into the Mid-BB and the Price dropped.

4 – Valid & Invalid Re-entries :-

-Now comes the Last Section of this E-Book which is Identifying Valid and Invalid
Re-entries.I cannot Explain it all here because it will become very Hard and
Complex but I will try to explain the Major Ones here.
-The first thing to identify Valid and Invalid Re-entries is that you have to get your
Grip on Direction.Then,you also have to compare Directional Setups vs Counter
Trend Setups.If you can do these 2 things well,you will be able to Identify Valid
and Invalid Re-entries to some Extent.
-Basically,there are a lot of Re-entries happening on Every TF.Our main job is to
Find the Direction of a Pair first that we are Trading.After that,we have to Identify
a Re-entry Setup that is aligned with the Direction.Then,after reaching that Setup
