Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Architect + Designer to join our
multidisciplinary team. This hybrid role requires an individual who can lead design concepts,
develop architectural solutions, and translate ideas into thoughtful, functional, and beautiful
spaces. The ideal candidate is both imaginative and detail-oriented, capable of working across all
phases of design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and contribute to concept design, design development, and construction


documentation.
 Develop architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and material boards.
 Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and deliver
innovative solutions.
 Translate conceptual ideas into detailed design strategies and technical solutions.
 Research materials, products, and technologies to support design innovation.
 Stay updated on trends in architecture, design, sustainability, and construction methods.

Qualifications:

 6months -1year of experience in architectural design or similar roles.


 Strong portfolio demonstrating both design sensitivity and technical competency.
 Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape,
Lumion).
 Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
