I am pleased to offer you a vacancy to pursue a Three Years (3) course in Diploma In Clinical Medicine &
Surgery under the Regular Category in Muranga Campus. Please report to the principal on Tuesday, 9th
September 2025 before 3.00 P.M.

This offer is conditional on the confirmation of your qualifications by the Kenya National
Examinations Council (KNEC)

Please note that learning will be offered both face to face and through the e-learning platform and therefore you shall
be required to have a smartphone or a laptop for e-learning purposes.

The following documents will be required during registration:-

a. Original KCSE/KCE Certificate (Result Slips for 2025 KCSE Candidates ONLY)
b. School Leaving Certificate.
c. Original National Identity Card/Passport/Birth Certificate.
d. A print out of this admission letter
e. Two (2) certified clear sets of photocopies of(a),(b),(c)
f. Two (2) colored certified passport size photographs taken recently

(Certification should be by a senior civil servant OR Administrator of Oaths in Kenya)

created during application. Note that this offer is subject to verification of your original certificates during
registration
