6. Term & Conditions
1. Scope of work: The cost includes design, supply, installation, and commissioning of the
system.
2. Warranty: The panels will have a performance warranty of 30 years and have TUV & IEC
performance certificates. The Inverter will have 10 years manufacturing warranty.
3. Delivery: "Transportation cost is included ."
4. Net-Meter & other Govt charges are extra included .
5. Taxes: GST @12% on 70% of the amount and 18% on the remaining 30% amount.
6. Delivery Period: 15-20 days after receiving the Purchase order in advance.
