INTRODUCTION
The National Service Scheme (NSS) is thrilled to host a One-
Day National Level Hackathon, bringing together passionate
innovators for 24 hours of innovation, creativity and
collaboration.

This dynamic event features an intense hardware-centric


hackathon, networking sessions, and more all centered
around addressing societal challenges and fostering
community impact.

With a precursor qualifyling competition and on-site live


hackathon, participants will have a platform to showcase
their skills, teamwork and ingenuity, embracing the spirit of
hardware innovation, social responsibility and technological
advancement.

GUIDELINES
1. Problem statements should be related to rural beneficiaries.
2. Teams must identify real-time problems faced by rural
beneficiaries and ensure the problem is genuinely impactful.
3. Teams are required to shoot a video featuring the beneficiary,
addressing and discussing their problem directly.
4. Authenticity of the problem and the proposed solution will be a
key consideration.
5. Teams should explain:
The number of beneficiary by the identified problem.
The potential impact if the solution is implemented.
A comparison of the problem across different regions, if
applicable.
6. Face recordings must be included to illustrate the impact; a face-
to-face video with the beneficiary is essential and must be
submitted.
7. The maximum length of the video is 2 minutes.
8. English subtitles are mandatory (Use AI Tool). Use of AI tools is
restricted to subtitle generation only. Any other AI-generated
content is not permitted.
9. Ensure the video is well-structured with no background noise for
better clarity.
10.Along with the problem-statement video, submit your proposed
solution using the PPT template provided in the reference section.
Please make a copy of the template and edit it with your content
before submitting in pdf format.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
1. Visit the official website of HacXerve 2025
2. Navigate to the Register section and click the Register button.
3. You will be redirected to the Unstop platform.
4. Fill in your team details as required (Basic details, Problem
Statement, Domain opted)
5. Submit your Idea and problem-statement video.
6. Once submitted, the registration process is complete.
7. Shortlisted teams will receive a confirmation email with payment
instructions and further details

CODE OF CONDUCT
Teams must consist of a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 3
members.
Solutions must be original. Any form of plagiarism or pre-developed solutions
will result in immediate disqualification.
Open-source libraries are allowed, but proper credits must be provided for
their usage, and they should be used responsibly.
Teams are required to maintain backups of their work at regular intervals
throughout the hackathon to prevent data loss.
Participants must remain within the designated sports complex premises
throughout the event.
The consumption or possession of alcoholic substances or any banned items is
strictly prohibited.
Teams should follow a professional and respectful conduct during the
hackathon.
Judges' decisions will be final and binding.
Ordering food from outside or using mobile apps like Swiggy and Zomato is
strictly prohibited.
Teams must submit their final solution by the designated deadline. Late
submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
Participants must adhere to all event rules, follow the instructions of the
organizers and cooperate with the event coordinators.
