Subject: Application for Leave

Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you about a situation at home requiring my
urgent attention. My mother, who has been diagnosed with multiple
sclerosis, is undergoing continuous treatment at NIMHANS, Bangalore. As
part of her treatment protocol, two doses of rituximab injections will be
administered with a gap of seven days, necessitating my presence to assist
and support her during this crucial period.
In January 2025, you kindly granted me leave under similar
circumstances, and your support was sincerely appreciated. I now request
leave for a period of two weeks, from 23rd June 2025 (Monday) to 5th
July 2025 (Saturday), to provide the necessary care during her treatment
cycle.
I assure you that I will take every precaution to catch up on all missed
lessons and complete any pending academic work upon my return.
Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,
Mohammed Farhan Noor
