Primus+ Internet Banking Platform:
1) User logs in to the Primus+ portal using the URL: https://primusplussouthafrica.accessbankplc.com/
On the login screen – customer inputs username and password to login.
2) The Primus+ home page displays the below:
a) Account centre – for account balance, transaction history and statement
b) Payments – for managing beneficiaries, making payments and viewing payment report
c) Card services – for card management (change pin, reset pin, activate and block card, view card
transactions)
d) Admin panel – To the left of above and this is used to add subsidiaries accounts and users and
other profile management functions

SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY DIFFICULTIES LOGGING IN:
1) RESETTING LOG IN DETAILS
- To reset log in details / For a first-time user, kindly click on First time login/Forgot password
on the log in page
- Input Username and click on ‘Reset Password’

- A code would be sent to registered email address. Input Reset code and enter new password in
the spaces provided. Click on change password
2) UNLOCKING USER PROFILE
- Where a user profile is locked because of inputting the incorrect user details three times. To
unlock, click on ‘Unlock Account’ on the log in page.

- Input Username and click on ‘Unlock Account’ to receive the unlock code
- Once you have logged in or resolved any log in queries, you will see the Primus+ home page
displayed below:

2d) For administrative activities, account management – link account, add users, send instruction to
the bank, set daily limit
a) To add account to your profile
• Select “Admin Panel”
• Select “Subsidiary Management”

• Select “View Account” (this shows all the accounts currently linked to your profile)
• Click “Add Account” to add additional account to your profile

• Input the account number – the account name and currency will be automatically
populated
• Input preferred account name (this is optional)
• Click “Save”
b) To add subsidiary (another company) to your profile
• Select “Admin Panel”

• Input the subsidiary (company) and account details and click “Save”
c) To Add modules to account (also use when error message “User Unauthorized” displays)
• Go to “Admin Panel”

• Select “Account Permission”
• Select “Account to Module” (select each of the “modules” and under “Subsidiary
Accounts” tick the box to add account to view the modules accordingly)

d) To add users to account
• Go to “Admin panel”
