General contents/description: The Billing and Collection System (BCS) is a computerized system that will
automate the billing and payment collection processes. It ensures accurate water
consumption measurement, efficient bill generation, and secure payment
collection, helping the agency to manage the financial operations effectively.
This will generate single billing statement available on pre format form and
collection of water bill and other non-water bill payments. The system will
automate the customer-related functions such as service request, customer
account query and material costing. This will likewise send water bill reading to
concessionaires, notice of disconnection, receive complaints thru text, etc.

installed in all pumping stations of the SJWD .

read all meters within their assigned areas. The system can help eliminate errors

large service zones.
