6. Mr. Sagar Pantvane for HKS supervisor job, He met me for Trail, I introduced him to Mr.
Lovely for his convenience schedule to face the trial.
Mr. Sagar Pantavane told me, he faced the Trial from Monday, 28.07.2025
Taking report for Mr. Lovely Supervisor, he gave the general Information to Mr. Sagar
and due his evening shift in other hospital Mr. Sagar faced trial from Monday.

7. 2 Hospital Round 2 PM cleaning Issue at ground floor but due to heavy rain this could
be happened

This is Very dangerous situation for Staff, Patient, Pt. Relative or Visitor, in case of current
leakage and somebody touch this area then it difficult to manage such situation.
So, it is humble request to Higher Authority Please take decision to cover this area.
9. I’ll schedule the task for counting linen i.e. patient dress (if available), bed sheets, pillow
cover blankets for each department- task given to Mr. Lovely, but it is necessary of each
department or department heads accountable for linen issued by Mr. Lovely
10. Wet clothes are being dried by hanging a hanger above air compressor, if water form
clothes go into the motor of air compressor, it will be causing a short circuit.
Instruction given to Mr. Vijay and Mr. Lovely, remove hanger of above air compressor
and don’t do same thing again.
11. Gmail, Godaddy domains new id, password received and successfully login.
