SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR MONETIZATION OF
ACCUMULATED LEAVE CREDITS.
I am pleased to inform you that your request for monetization of your
accumulated leave credits have been thoroughly reviewed and subsequently
approved pursuant to the relevant Civil Service Commission guidelines and
the policies of the Department of Agrarian Reform.
In view hereof, you are authorized to monetize according to the
number of days that you applied of your accumulated leave credits.
The necessary documentations are being made to facilitate the release
of the corresponding amounts, which will be processed, and credited to you
through Disbursement Vouchers, respectively.
Please coordinate with our Admin/Finance Division for any further
details or additional requirements that may be needed to finalize the
transaction.
