Personal Background
My name is Harvinder Singh, and I am an MBA student at KOI College, where I am deepening
my understanding of business management to complement my computer applications and web
development background. My academic journey began in 2015 when I completed my 10th grade
at Geeta Sr. Sec School, establishing a strong educational foundation that spurred my interest in
technology. I graduated with my 12th grade from SD Sr. Sec School, Karnal, in 2017, where I
cultivated a keen interest in mathematical and scientific applications, setting the stage for my
future endeavors in tech.

In 2020, I achieved a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Pt. C.L.S. Govt. PG College in
Karnal. This degree was pivotal in honing my technical skills, particularly in web development
and software management, where I have since excelled and continued to grow professionally.
Following my graduation, I embraced the role of Assistant Web Developer at Scizers
Technologies, where my responsibilities span several key areas.

In my present work, I design and develop responsive websites and applications aimed at ensuring
high usability and maximum performance of both respective media for all users. I am also
responsible for the development of web standards, not only current but looking forward so that
our content is kept technically sound. I am very focused on developing business relationships
with our clients through the development and maintenance of effective partnerships by
identifying new and ongoing needs to improve our service delivery.

Additionally, I would always evaluate web statistics to find out the level of user participation and
the efficiency of our services. This data analysis is very important in making some tactical
improvements and being competitive in the environment. I will also install strong securities so
that the data is well protected and any developments that will be done are within the law to
protect the interest of our clients and the reputation of the company.

In my MBA, I work towards merging my technical know-how with broader business

management skills that can guide me through this confused, ever-changing world of technology
and business. Such blending is of critical importance, considering that I would be capable of

bringing leadership and innovation within this dynamic field, using experiences and education to
foresee and react in time to shifts in the industry.

Career Aspiration
Career aspirations are long-term hopes and ambitions. People develop them based on their
experiences, including talents, values, lifestyle, and more. (Staff, 2024) My goal to become a
leading freelance web developer and digital consultant is driven by the rapid growth of the

digital landscape and the unique opportunities it offers. This ambition fits perfectly with my tech
background and the business management skills I'm developing through my MBA.

Integration of Skills and Education: My portfolio as a freelance web developer and digital
consultant needs to be a combination of technical might with strategic acumen. The blend of my
programming ability, database management, and web design forms a very strong ground to offer
excellent services. The strategic management knowledge from my MBA helps me understand the
dynamism in the market, efficiently deliver projects, and make business decisions that are both
profitable and sustainable.

Flexibility and Adaptability: The gig economy is characterized by flexibility and adaptability
and is based upon an individual's choice of projects that match their skills and interests from a
pool of very diverse clients across the industry. I believe that such adaptability will be key to the
creation of a fieldwork environment that will enable me to continuously learn and apply newly
developed and existing technologies and strategies to meet the particular needs of the respective
projects.

me to apply my technical and management skills in a dynamic, challenging work environment. It
also begets a great opportunity in the face of the sector-wide digital transformation. Positioned as
a freelance web developer and digital consultant, the ambition is strategic in tapping into the

diverse markets with the increase in exposure to international business practices, in a

continuously growing professional network and capabilities.

Career Goals and Objectives: The ultimate goal for me is to be a recognized leader in the field,
known for innovative solutions and impactful consultancy. I intend to do so by always staying
current with technology, constantly upgrading skills, always focusing on the client, and, most
importantly, always ensuring outstanding value and service delivery.

Career Readiness
I'm well-prepared for a career in the gig economy as a freelance web developer and digital
consultant, thanks to a solid blend of technical expertise, strategic education, and active
professional engagement.

Technical Foundation: My educational background and training in computer applications and

web development have played a pivotal role in providing me with a strong technical base to
handle formidable assignments related to the digital world. I always practice and further train my
skills in programming, database management, and web design from practical work. I ensure that
my practices and outputs are at the highest possible level.

Strategic Business Education: The most important reason, besides my technical skills, for the
continual process of doing an MBA from KOI College, is to enhance my business savvy and
strategic thinking. This will equip me with very critical management skills: market analysis,
strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency enhancement which are all critical for me
to have a very healthy survival in a very competitive market of freelancing.

Continued Professional Development: These are interesting because of the active pursuit of
advanced courses in web development. I should add, that in an industry whose evolution is rapid,
courses for web development add me to a platform of the latest technology and programming
languages and hence add service capabilities and service offerings.

Networking and Industry Engagement - As I engage more with such networks and forums in
technology, I will get exposed to more of the industry bigwigs and even potential customers with
whom I can network. This will also help me progress in my career and spot opportunities - a

must for continuous learning and staying with the latest industry trends and needs. Being visible
and getting noticed is a benefit of networking that’s essential in career building. (team, 2024)

Combining strong technical skills with strategic business acumen while always seeking the
completion of professional development and networking puts me in the best possible strategic
position that promises success in the gig economy. This whole approach is preparing me not only
for near opportunities but also for ensuring long-term adaptability and growth in my profession.

Conclusion
As I continue moving on my education and professional journey, at the current point, I would
focus majorly on merging strong technical skills with advanced strategic business management.
Certainly, that's the combination to make my foot stronger in the digital gig economy. Devoted to
lifelong learning and change, I strive to work on improving my skills and staying updated with
the industry. I find it a must on my part to be successful, not just for the heck of it, but to excel,
in the pursuits I set out for myself in my profession. I will keep that dynamic approach and I will
be very fit to handle the complexities of the tech industry and capture opportunities in the circle
of innovation and growth.
