Dear Ahmed,

Offer of Employment – Subject to Contract

We are pleased to extend to you an offer of employment for the position of Assistant Project Manager with Savills
Egypt. The role will be based in West & East Cairo and you will report to the Project Manager.

Please refer to the following terms and conditions of the offer for your review and consideration:

A monthly salary of EGP 33,000 (net) payable, split as follows:


Remuneration Basic Salary: EGP 26,400 Transport Allowance: EGP 4,950 Communication Allowance:
EGP 1,650.

N.B. Your salary might be subject to mandatory taxes embedded or entailed by the
Government due to emergencies and/or force majueure ‘’if occurred’’ which will be
communicated to you before implementation.
Benefits Medical Insurance Coverage as per Company policy
A laptop will be provided for business use
Probationary period 3 months
Working hours Full-time: 40 hours per week
Our working hours are 8 am – 4 pm/ 9 am – 5 pm/ 10 am – 6 pm
Your working hours and working days shall be organised in accordance with the
Egyptian Labour Law. You are also entitled to Sick Leave as per Egyptian Labour Law.
Employment Contract One Year Employment Contract which will be renewable upon confirmation by
Savills
Holiday Your annual leave entitlement will be applied according to the Egyptian Labour Law

Other Expected start date: 29th of June, 2025
