Opening: Beginning Our Journey (5 mins)
"Today, we're going on a magical adventure into a secret forest. But first, we must prepare."
- Sukhasana (Easy Pose): Sit tall, close eyes, feel the forest breeze.
- Chant "Om" 3 times: This sound protects us on our journey.
Chapter 1: Entering the Forest (10 mins)
"We begin walking down a tall mountain path..."
- Tadasana (Mountain Pose): Stand strong like a mountain.
- Vrksasana (Tree Pose): Be a tree swaying in the wind.
- Utthita Trikonasana (Triangle Pose): Reach for magic leaves.
