You are a young manager of Siddhartha group.You possess a BHM degree & having a good
knowledge of research methodology. You are seeing that the number of occupancy in Siddhartha
view hotel is decreasing day by day. Your Managing Director has given you task to conduct the
study for causes of decreasing customers. As a manager of you have to formulate the five
hypothesis on the study entitiled “customer’s satisfaction of Siddhartha view” and make
theortical framework.
