1 BCC - No activities due to Heavy Rain

2 MCS - Saturated site

No. ISSUES/CONCERNS ACTIONS TAKEN/RECOMMENDATIONS


1 BCC- MEPF materials & MANPOWER - Must be deliver on-site specially GF & tradecon manpower should be on-
board.

2 BCC- Formworks/accessories - Formworks & accessories must be deliver 1 or 2 floors ahead to prevent
delay.
3 BCC- Stockpile of rebars - Need manpower & equipments to transfer the remaining rebars for
the completion of 2units bored pile along GL M' at Bldg 2.
- NDC issued a letter dated June 11, 2025 to transfer rebars fronting
building 2 to new staging area, to give space for the drilling/survey works
of BP by KDC.
- As per weekly coordination meeting and agreed they will transfer but as
of this moment no action taken. As per verbal communication, they will
rent dumptruck of skyconnect to transfer the said rebars.
4 BCC- RFA/RFI for CSA & MEPF - Submission of RFA/RFI lead time is 1 month for
review/comments/approval of designer.
- To prevent delays on purchase, delivery & execution of work.
- Submit physical sample (attached on sample board if possible) before
purchasing on all MEPF materials for DPWH reference and approval.

5 MCS - Embankment - Need to fast track embankment work due to unpredictable rain at site.
- Should coordinate always at site for access prior to schedule of
embankment due to on-going works of BP at Bldg. 2.

6 MCS - Supervisor at site - Should always be present at site.

7 Zone 1 & 2 - Embankment, compaction by layer as per DPWH standard procedure.


- MCS should prepare stockpile materials for embankment & gravel fill.
- MCS- prepare additional manpower, compaction equipments & for
spreading of embankment/gravel fill at Zone 1.

8 Heavy rain causes saturated site - Scope of works affected:


1. Embankment materials
2. Hauiling of embankment materials
3. Compaction of embankment
4. Access road at site
5. Schedule of FDT for embankmet at zone 2 was cancelled
