 This day filled with adventure, picturesque view and terrific tourist attractions. Kick start
the day with a lovely breakfast and embark on the sightseeing tour. Start with uncovering
the glittering Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Tsomgo Lake, also known as Tsongmo Lake or
Changu Lake, is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim, some
40 kilometres from the capital Gangtok. Located at an elevation of 3,753 m, the lake
remains frozen during the winter season. Our Tsongmo Lake and Baba Mandir Taxi
provided is completly safe and sanitized. This day trip will rejuvinate you and want you to
linger more with your loved ones. Mark an end to the second and most beautiful day of the
tour with a good night's sleep at the hotel. Tip: You can request your us to upgrade your
package to Gangtok with an optional tour of Nathu La Pass in your itinerary (charges extra).
You can also upgrade your vehicle from Normal to Luxury with an additional for the
Gangtok to changu lake fare.

Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. Only limited permits are
issued by the army before 48 hrs of tour. Nathula is open on all days except Monday. Guest
Name, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER of all guests travelling are required for processing of
permit. Normally organizing permit at the last minute is not possible, minimum time
required is 72 hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of
permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. (Additional Charge Rs.5000/- to 8000/- per
vehicle.) It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as voter ID
card / Passport / DL and passport size photograph. Adhar Card is not valid and not
accepted.

drive from Gangtok city. We would stop by the popular sightseeings of Singhik View Point,
seven sister falls and naga falls. Lachung is a small peaceful village with a mere population.
Check into your Lachung Hotel and evening you are free to stroll and visit the Lepcha
Village and expore the trails.End this day with delectable dinner and a comfortable
overnight stay at the Lachung hotel.

known as the valley of the flowers. During the winter season the valley is covered with

Sikkim for tourists looking for a retreat in nature.And visit Buddha park. On arrival check-in

Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thusday), P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed),
Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view),
Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Overnight at Darjeeling.

travel dates. We would immediately proceed to make tentative bookings. All services would be kept on a
confirmed basis only on receipt of 50% advance payment. The remaining payment has to be made a
minimum of 03 days before the date of arrival. Failing to make full payment before the commencement
of the tour will violate the terms and the package shall be canceled without any refunds.

 We request the customers to provide their meal preference at the time of booking for convenience

All Passengers should have Valid ID proof (Voter Card / Driving License / Passport). Please note Aadhar
Card / Pan Card is not accepted for any permits to Sikkim

On arrival of guests, we will provide them local contact numbers of our executive, who will handle the
entire operation.

Full Payment has to be cleared as per the shared payment schedule. If Payment is missed for any
reason Yes Tourism India holds the right to cancel the Tour / Stop the Tour for breach of Payment
contract.

Please follow all local Guidelines / Rules in respect to Monuments / Traffic / Carrying illegal and banded
Substance. Any fine or any legal / criminal issues arising for such Yes Tourism India is not responsible.

If for any reason any tourist spot is closed we shall not cover it on next day and if guest wants to do
the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.

Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by
our executive. Check-in Check-out time is as per hotel policy.

Payment gateway (3.9%) charges as applicable will be charged for payments through Credit Card.

If Tsongmo Lake is closed due to any reason like Snowfall / Landslide alternate sightseeing would be
provided for Gangtok Local sightseeing. If Namchi is taken as alternate then an additional cost of 1500
for Wagon R or 2500 for Innova / Xylo would be charged.

Supplimentary Cost for Vehicles would be charged for Hotels Summit Norling / Fortuna
/Udaan Alpine / Mayfair / Sterling Resort / Club Mahindra / Taj Vivanta / Mansarovar etc

EXTRA SIGHTSEEING AT ROCK GARDEN AT DARJEELING, KALA PATHAR AT LACHEN, ZERO POINT /
KATAO WOULD BE CHARGED BY THE DRIVER IN ADDITIONAL AND IN NO WAY YES TOURISM INDIA WILL
BEAR ITS COST IN LIEU OF ANYTHING ELSE.

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION / GUIDANCE OF LOCALS / DRIVERS / ADMINISTRATION. IF THERE ARE ANY
HEALTH HAZARD / TRAFFIC ISSUES / MISSING OF FLIGHT OR TRAIN YES TOURISM INDIA CANNOT BE
HELD LIABLE.

In case of any Natural Calamities / Heavy Snowfall / Road Blocks / Permits not being issued for
Yumthag Valley / Gurudomarg Lake no alternate sightseeing will be possible or there would be any
sort of refund.

It is obligatory tenet to convey any photo ID card with address 02 duplicates & 04 Passport size Photos
needed for all travellers while heading out to Tsomgo Lake NATHULA Pass and Baba Mandir AND Lachung
- Yumthang Valley,These places are restricted area and permits has to taken from Indian army & Govt. of
Sikkim to visit those places.

##NO AADHAR CARD OR PAN CARD ACCEPTED FOR PERMIT, ONLY VOTER ID / PASSPORT / DRIVING
LICENSE ARE ACCEPTED.

##PLEASE NOTE
Entry fees for any park museum monastery etc, parking fees etc NOT included in the vehicle cost, Vehicle
will NOT be on disposal basis, its on point to point basis only, in case of any natural calamities (road block
due to land slide / snowfall etc.) alternate sight seeing will be made, but in case of any diversion of route
due to road blockade the extra charges to be paid and visit to any additional places not included in the
itinerary will be charged extra.

For luxury vehicles booking INNOVA / XYLO / SCORPIO comes under same category, due to ground
clearance issue Innova can not ply in all mountain terrains, so alternately Xylo / Scorpio will be provided
and there will Not be any cost differences in such case.

Cancellation
Any Cancellation / Change in time schedule of airlines / ferry and a No show for what so reason we will
not be responsible, and no refund will be applicable.

Airlines Cancellation will be as per the airline cancellation policy if it is booked by us.

Customer must make sure on the flight timings before they board the flight. We have seen where
notification does not reach client from the Airlines in case of reschedule. It would be the client
responsibility to check on flight timings. If there is No show for whatsoever reason we cannot be held
liable and no refund or rebooking for the same would be done.

If you wish to cancel any booking in full or partial cancellation of a passenger, a written notification
should be made by the same person who booked. The date of cancellation will beat the date on which
notice is received by us. All cancellations will attract a sum Rs.5000/-minimum per person cancellation
charges. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further charge will be levied if notice of the
cancellation is received within the following period of the operation.

If cancelled 0-10 days before the Check-in-date 100% of package amount will be charged. If cancelled 11-
20 days before the Check-in-date 70% of package amount will be charged. If cancelled 21-30 days before
the Check-in-date 30% of package amount will be charged. No refunds for unused nights or early check-
outs. No refunds would be offered on the government ferry & private ferry tickets, if already purchased.

After providing a voucher of confirmation from YES TOURISM INDIA if the customer wishes to amend the
dates then an amendment charge of 10% of the package amount would be applied. Also we would try to
accommodate the customer on the same given hotel. If there is no rooms available on the same category
of Hotel then alternate would be provided. If there is any difference in charge due to upgrade of rooms or
change of hotel the same charges has to be borne by the guest.
