COORDINATORS AND EARLY LANGUAGE LITERACY AND NUMERACY
(ELLN) COORDINATORS ON READING ASSESSMENTS

1. Quirino District shall conduct an Online Orientation of School Heads, School Reading and ELLN
Coordinators on Reading Assessments on June 27, 2025 to start at 8:30 in the morning via
Google Meet.

2. The activity aims to


a. orient the participants on the proper administration, scoring, interpretation, and analysis of
reading assessments across Key Stages 1,2 and 3.
b. elicit from the participants effective reading practices that may be adopted to enhance
learners’ reading performance, in alignment with the District and Division Reading
Implementation Plan; and
c. strengthen the capacity of teachers and school personnel to utilize assessment results in
planning appropriate classroom interventions and instructional support for learners through
the ARAL Program.

3. The participants in this activity are all school heads (elementary and secondary), School Reading
and ELLN Coordinators .

4. Attached is the Orientation Matrix with names of Speakers.
