management, providing seamless solutions for global trade. They are seeking candidates for the following key position:
SALES MANAGER
Working place: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
What You'll Do
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s sea freight business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring revenue growth.
Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with shipping carriers and co-loaders.
Monitor market trends, shipping schedules, and pricing fluctuations to stay competitive.
Work closely with the pricing and operations teams to provide competitive quotations.
Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights for management.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sea freight sales within a shipping or freight forwarding company.
Strong understanding of shipping industry trends, voyage routes, and pricing structures.
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and secure new business.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in English (Reading & Writing)
