12. (i) If (a/3 + 1, b – 2/3) = (5/3, 1/3), find the values of a and b.
(ii) If (x + 1, 1) = (3y, y – 1), find the values of x and y.
13.If A = {1, 2, 3} and B = {2, 4}, what are A x B, B x A, A x A, B x B, and (A x B) ∩ (B x A)
14. If A = {1, 2, 3}, B = {4}, C = {5}, then verify that:

(iii) A x (B – C) = (A x B) – (A x C)
