1 Acceptance : The supplier shall accept the order in writing within two working days, otherwise will be considerd as the PO accepted by the Supplier.
Price : Prices as mentioned the Purchase order is final and will remain firm till the execution and delivery of this Order. No Modifications will be

accepted without a specific agreement in writing signed by Buyer.
3 Quality : Subject to applicabale national standards, All goods shall be supplied strictly in accordance with the specification as per the Order.
Delivery : Time is essence of this Order, if not supplied in accordance with the order, this PO shall be subject to cancellation at Buyers option and

sellers risk.
Warranty/ Gaurantee: Warranty Shall survive inspection and testing by Buyer, All Material test cerificate shall be send by Supplier along with the

goods delivery.
6 Weighment : Weighment at Buyer Permises will be considered as final billing.

Termination/ Cancellation : The Buyer reserve the right to cancel/terminate in whole or in part, due to change in specification/ modification of the
