DOMICILE PG

Rent Agreement

Terms & Conditions:

1. Security is non-refundable till the contract period in any situation other


than covid.
2. Electricity bill is excluded from the rent and will be charged basis
individual’s sub-meter’s unit per month:-13 Rupees per unit.
3. If the students is willing to continue with Domicile after 11 months :
(a) And want to keep their luggage with us in the 12th month, she’ll need
to pay half month’s rent only. (Students will be allowed to keep their
luggage only if they inform prior in 10th month of agreement.)
(b) If the security is refunded at the end of session and not carry
forwarded for the next session’s agreement, it is not certain that the
student will get the same room and on same conditions.
(c) Security amount won’t be adjusted but refunded when the student
will leave the PG.
4. Student will have to pay the maintenance charge while vacating the PG (if
any).
