1. The Opportunity

Thungela Resources (“Thungela”) hereby requests your company information to be considered for the
undermentioned procurement/opportunities.

2. Qualifying Criteria

• 100% Black woman OR Youth Owned companies operating within Thungela’s Host Communities
• People who are regarded as persons with disabilities.
• Proof of Address (Less than 3 Months)
• A delivery Vehicle

3. Scope of Work

The Scope of Work includes following: -

• Supply and delivery of Welding and cutting accessories and consumables

• The welding and cutting accessories shall be “AFROX” brand Manufactured or the supplier to the
manufacturer’s standard specifications and designs.

• NB: A complete list of welding and cutting accessories and consumables will be shared with
the bidders during the Sourcing/ Tender stage.
