Plant Capacity:
The system is designed for a capacity of 2.0 kgs /hr dry solid basis. The capacity can also be
described as 250 liter per /hr @1% solid concentration .
Treatment Procedure
1. The sludge is transferred to the receiving chamber either by gravity or by a transfer
pump.
2. The sludge then travels to baffle though the V notch at a measured flow. The
polymer is dosed onto the Baffle. The underflow from the baffle enters into to the
flocculation zone and then thoroughly mixed by a flocculator.
3. Flocs formed in the flocculation zone then overflows into he Screw body.
4. The floc by gravity starts to move from the de-watering zone to the concentration
zone to get the pressed solids at the end of the Screw length.

Warranty:
Manufacturing: We undertake the responsibility to rectify any defect in equipment
supplied by us due to bad workmanship or defective material, provided the defects are
brought to our notice within 15 (Fifteen) calendar months from the date of supply or 12
months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier. However, we are not
responsible for any electrical faults or failures such as motor burn outs, switches not
working etc. these are expressly excluded from warranty / Guarantee.
For any defects brought to our notice after the guarantee period, we will not be held
responsible and if we are called upon to rectify those defects, extra charges will be payable
to us. However, our guarantee does not extend to electrical items including instruments,
motors, cables, etc.
Non Payment of due amount within the Specified Date ,
If there is any default from the buyer for payment of the payable amounts within the
respective due dates, then the buyer will have to pay interest on the amount at a rate of
1.5% per month on the amount due on that date; calculated on monthly basis and taken
from the day subsequent to the day when the due date gets over. This amount will be in
addition to the total price of the equipment.
Non lifting of the equipments
If the equipment is not lifted by the buyer within 15 days after intimation by us, that
the equipment is ready, then the buyer will be liable to pay demurrage at a rate of 0.5% per
week to a maximum of 10% of the total contract price for such delay before lifting of the
equipment.
Force Majeure: No liability shall be attached to us for non-performance or delayed
execution of the order as a result of "force majeure".
Cancellations:
Order received and acknowledged by the seller shall not be subject to cancellation either
wholly or partly for any reason whatsoever without the seller’s written consent. • The
amount already paid as advance will not be returned in case the order is cancelled in whole
or in part
