Under Rebuild Team -Responsible for dismantling and assembling Harvester components
such as Chopping Gearbox, Toppers , Elevators , Dirty extractor hoods .(All these driven by
hydraulic motors and centralized by bearings)
Responsible also for Major hydraulic systems change and maintenance of Valves , DCV
oring changes , Cylinders assembly.
Attends to Preventive maintenance of all Harvesters .
Performs regular schedule maintenance (250 hours service , 500 hours service, 750 hours
service 1000 hours service.
Attends to Harvesters Repairs
As a SHE representative trained by Green Fuel, I am responsible for carrying out risk
Assessments, recording accidents and incidents, participate in Toolbox safety talk ,
performing house keeping
