true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I have read the Guidance Notes for candidates and I shall abide by the terms and conditions contained
therein. In case my candidature is provisional, I will upload Class XII Board exam Admit Card / Mark-sheet before 1st August 2025. In the event
of suppression or distortion of any fact made in this application form, I understand that I shall be denied the opportunity to appear in Foundation Exam and if
already admitted / appeared, my admission / result acquired shall be liable for outright cancellation. I also understand that the decision of the Institute in this
regard shall be final and binding upon me and I shall abide by the same.
Explanation of Regulation 25 F and Decision of Council of ICAI
1.The candidate should be registered in Foundation Course with the Board of Studies of the Institute on or before 1st May 2025 for the examination to be held in the
month of September, 2025
2.The candidate should have already appeared in the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination till August 2025 conducted by an examining body constituted
by law in India or outside India or an examination recognized by the Central Government or the State Government as equivalent thereto for the purpose of
admission to graduation course.
