NC SWAP TO CITIZEN M32

- Blue rotary switch TO 7


- Main switch on and NC on
- There is a small display on the NC unit, wait until a -Y comes
- MAIN SWITCH OFF
- Rotary switch (BLUE) TO 1
- MAIN SWITCH ON, NC on
- MESSAGE: ILLEGAL NC SYSTEM DATA, OK ENTER
- Open the folder C:/Backup/PRM/ and select the file in this folder
- OK ENTER
- OK ENTER
- Wait until you see the machine picture and the hard drive stops working
- SHIFT A
- PROGRAM-M2-n6nnitest ENTER
- F1 FILE-DOWNLOAD FILE-(8) S RAM DATA(BIN)
(OPEN WITH SOFTKEY F1=FAR LEFT BELOW)
- FROM C.\BACK\DAT\M32S12079.BIN
- TO: M01:\DAT\SRAM.BIN
- OK ENTER
- MESSAGE: MEL COPY FILE FIN OK ENTER
- OFF-ON
- MACHINE DRIVES UP TO THE IMAGE OF THE MACHINE
- Rotary switch (BLUE) SET TO 0, THEN NC DRIVES UP
- AXIS ZERO POINT
