AFFIDAVIT OF SOLE HEIRSHIP

I, ROBIN RAY PALARCA RELATIVO, of legal age, Filipino, married, with


residence and postal address at Blk 101 Lot 38 Ph4, Springtown Villas Subd.,
Bucal, Tanza, Cavite, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state THAT:

1. I am the only child and sole heir of the late VIVENCIO V. RELATIVO who
died on January 11, 2024 at Diliman Quezon City, Metro Manila;

2. The said deceased was survived initially by the following persons listed
as beneficiaries in his records:
- EMMA P. RELATIVO;
- ROBIN RAY P. RELATIVO;
- IRENE P. RELATIVO;

3. The said EMMA P. RELATIVO, my mother, has also since passed away
on July 31, 2024;

4. The remaining listed beneficiary, IRENE P. RELATIVO, is not a legal heir


under the laws of intestate succession in the Philippines and was only
mistakenly included in earlier beneficiary records;

5. At the time of death of my father, he had no debts, liabilities or obligations


to any persons, agency or institutions;

6. By virtue of the above and pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of


Court, I am now the sole and only heir of the deceased VIVENCIO V.
RELATIVO, and I hereby adjudicate unto myself the entire estate of the
deceased, including all personal and real properties, accounts, rights, and
interests left by him;

7. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and to


comply with legal requirements for the transfer or settlement of the estate
of my late father. and for any other legal purposes this may serve;

8. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing


and to whatever purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 29th day of


July 2025 in General Trias City, Cavite, Philippines.
