AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, GLORIA ROXAS PITAS, of legal age, single, Filipino and a


resident of F.Manalo Road, Barangay Navarro, General Trias City,
Cavite, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state THAT:

1. I do not have any formal employment, but I earn income by


working as a home-based seamstress located at F. Manalo
Road, Barangay Navarro, General Trias, and by driving an e-
bike to provide transport services;

2. I am earning from sewing and e-bike driving an estimated


monthly income of around PHP 8,000.00, and as such, I have
no other source of income; and

3. I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the above


statements and to support my e-bike application as proof of my
income.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand


this 15th day of July 2025 at General Trias City.
