Credit underwriting of Housing Loan and Loan Against Property
Conducting PD visit with customer to understand his/her financial need,
business model,cash flow,end use of funds and collateral related aspects
Interpretation of Credit Bureau Report, Assessment of Income, Analysis of Bank
Statements, and compile copies of loan applicant’s credit histories, corporate
financial statements and other financial information
Prepare Credit Appraisal Memo of Loan applications within defined guidelines
and accordingly take the decision or recommend, Ensure appropriate feedback
mechanism & parameters in place for rejecting or recommending the file.
TAT monitoring and due diligence from Login to Disbursement.
Coordination with Sales, Technical, Audit team and External Vendors.

regularly reporting the same and Follow-up the collections.
