INTRODUCTION

Social media moderation in the hospitality industry increases


brand awareness, improves booking, generates leads, and
enhances meaningful engagement with current and potential
customers also hotel industry trends are often powered by new
consumer behaviour, new technology, and the new business
theories that form in response to the changing world around them
also there are so many industries use social media to promote
their business, especially in the hospitality industry, there are
many ways that social media directly or indirectly effect the hotel
industry for example in advertising, marketing, selling and easy
access to reach guests and clients. Social media has huge impact
on hotel business also mostly hotels have their own websites or
they use other web links for marketing and selling their business
and guests are use social media channels and online reviews to
rate hotels, give feedback, and criticize what needs to be fixed or
praise what the hotel executed well, with the help of social media,
hospitality brands can now implement social media feedback and
data to improve their process and deliver better experiences to
their customers.

BACKGROUND OF STUDY

The background of the study on this topic would typically start with the rise
of social media platforms and their increasing role in our daily lives. This
has been especially true over the last decade or so, with platforms like
Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter becoming hugely popular.
The hospitality industry, which includes businesses like hotels, restaurants,
and travel agencies, has been significantly impacted by this trend. In the
past, these businesses primarily relied on traditional advertising methods.
However, with the rise of social media influencers, they've had to adapt
their marketing strategies and the study would likely examine how these
businesses are leveraging social media influencers to promote their
services and the impact this has had. It could look at things like increased
visibility, potential revenue growth, and changes in customer behaviour.
The study would likely involve a mix of qualitative and quantitative
research, including case studies, surveys, and data analysis.
