Employment

We are seeking passionate and skilled HR professionals with 1–2 years of experience in managing
recruitment, employee relations, and core HR functions. This role offers a chance to contribute to the growth
of the organization while enhancing your own professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
 Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation.
 Coordinate employee engagement, feedback, and training programs.
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
 Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
 Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
 Address employee concerns and promote a positive work culture.

Required Skills:
 Strong knowledge of core HR functions and labor regulations.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Experience with HR tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
 Problem-solving mindset and organizational skills.

Salary Structure:
● 1 Year Experience: Starting from ₹1.8 LPA
● 2 Years Experience: Starting from ₹2.4 LPA
● Upper Limit: Will be decided based on skills, performance in interviews, and technical evaluation.

Bond Terms:
● Bond Duration: Total 18 months (4 months of training cum probation period + 14 months of
service) from the date of joining.
● Requirement: As part of the Surety-cum-Training Bond Agreement, the employee agrees in
writing to reimburse the training cost of ₹75,000/- or an amount equivalent to 4 months’ salary,
whichever is higher, in the event of early resignation or failure to complete the mandatory service
period.
● A cheque of the same amount mentioned above, in favor of “MB Infoways”, must be submitted
as part of the agreement.
● The cheque must be issued from the same bank account where the salary will be credited, for
validation purposes.
● A surety or guarantor (optional) may be required to co-sign the agreement to strengthen
enforceability.

2. HR Intern (Internship Program – 6 Months) + Full-time

We are offering a well-structured HR Internship Program for enthusiastic learners eager to build a career
in Human Resources. This program provides real-world HR experience and may lead to a full-time
opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
 Support the planning and execution of HR activities and events.
 Participate in training coordination and HR policy implementation.
 Help manage internal documentation and compliance.
 Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.

Required Skills:
 Basic understanding of HR principles and responsibilities.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
 Familiarity with MS Office tools.
 Team collaboration and adaptability.

Internship Structure:
● First 3 Months (Probation):

Stipend: ₹5,000/month (held as a refundable deposit)

A total of ₹15,000 for this period will be disbursed with the 4th month stipend only if the intern
demonstrates sufficient learning and performance.

If the intern fails to meet expectations or is not selected for continuation, no stipend will be paid
for this period.

● Next 3 Months (Active Internship):

Stipend: ₹5,000/month (paid monthly)

● Post Internship (Full-Time Employment):

Salary starts from ₹1.2 LPA

Final salary will depend on performance, skills, and evaluation during the internship.

● Performance-Based Increments:

Additional increments may be offered based on merit and in accordance with company policy.

Note: The stipend during the internship period is a form of appreciation and not an entitlement. The
company holds full discretion to withhold or revoke the stipend during or after the probation period if the
intern fails to meet expected learning or performance standards.

Bond Terms:
● Bond Duration: Total 24 months (6 months of Internship period + 18 months of service) from the
date of joining.
● Requirement: As part of the Surety-cum-Training Bond Agreement, the employee agrees in
writing to reimburse the training cost of ₹75,000/- or an amount equivalent to 4 months’ salary,
whichever is higher, in the event of early resignation or failure to complete the mandatory service
period.
● A cheque of the same amount mentioned above, in favor of “MB Infoways”, must be submitted
as part of the agreement.
● The cheque must be issued from the same bank account where the stipend will be credited, for
validation purposes.

Other Requirements:
● Interns must use their own laptop/system during the internship for training and task execution.

(Company systems may be provided in special cases at management discretion.)
